Thank you very much for making me aware of Tewari’s website. I will respond to you in English as I intend to publish this
response. Tewari is the opposite archetype of a truthful inventor
contrary to the Keshe’s fraudulent type. First of all, there should be no doubt that we can very easily build
generators for free photon energy as the space is not vacuum but full of
energy. The latest source Astraea et Amora I
presented to you confirms this fact in an unequivocal manner and all
PAT members should read it several times as it contains key information
in a very condensed form that you might have missed at first glance. I
will discuss this issue separately in my next energy report. I am the first scientist to have proved that every energetic gradient
in matter is converted into an equivalent photonic gradient and vice
versa according to the law of conservation of energy which is an
application of the Universal law. You can find this law in volume II chapter 3.7 as Stankov’s Law of Photon Thermodynamics. Hence one only needs to establish the proper configuration of the
magnetic circuits in a rotational generator to create the optimal
conditions in the wire loops and in the surrounding photonic fields to
establish superconductivity that will enable the generation of free
photon energy. The conditions for superconductivity have also been elucidated theoretically for the first time by myself in volume II, chapter 4.9.
I show that it is possible to create a state of superconductivity in
any wire or metal conductor when one follows the theoretical instruction
of the equations which I have derived for the first time in physics.
Until now humanity has only developed ceramic superconductors that are
very brittle and cannot be used for practical applications. As I am not an inventor and an engineer this is not my job. But any
inventor with the appropriate theoretical background as Tewari should
understand the revolutionary character of my theoretical elaborations
and can use them to build a novel generator for free photon energy that
needs not be much different from the current Tesla generator for
alternating electric current. I visited Tewari website and read some of his articles. Contrary to
Keshe, he is a theoretician and understands physics very well. In one
article he comes to the conclusion: “The Photoelectric explanation of using packets of energy called
Photons, in a departure from the wave nature of light, is a total

None of these theoretical works can be found on the website of Keshe’s foundation contrary to the miraculous claims he makes. Tewari on the contrary has concentrated on the creation of a
classical generator of free photon energy by rearranging the wire loops
and the photonic fields as to establish in an optimal geometric manner
the conditions of superconductivity in space and in the wire loops,
which I have proved to be possible and must be very easy to achieve,
once the scientists have understood the true nature of photons. That is why the channelled source, Astraea et Amora
I recommended you two days ago is so important as it explains the
importance of photons as primary source of energy one more time from a
higher perspective. What most people do not realize is that these new technologies are
very simple as nature is also very simple. It is only a matter of
spiritual evolution of humanity when these new technologies will be
allowed to occur on this uppermost mother planet. Until now the dark
cabal had their hands on them and prohibited their broad introduction
because the vast majority of humanity showed no interest in them. They
are completely satisfied with the status quo. Keshe is using this trend to surf on this wave of expectations by

technologies and he has never developed them. If he had done it he would

to ask me if I am for the full development of gas or oil energy system
here in British Columbia. I asked her immediately: “If you ask such
questions are you in the position to give me a proper definition of what
energy is?” “No”, she replied, “I am unable to give you such
definition, I have only been asked to make this poll for the
government”. “Your government is a bunch of criminals” I responded,

India considers
its own free energy program a matter of national pride, and is very much
willing to risk antagonizing Petrodollar countries with its support on

has been invented by Paramahamsa Tewari, electrical engineer and former
Executive Director of Nuclear Power Corporation of India. His background
includes engineering project management for construction of nuclear
power stations. The efficiency of models he has built, which have
also been independently built and tested, is as high as 250%. In November 2014, I made one of many visits to the laboratory of
Paramahamsa Tewari. I had seen the basis for the RLG design in September
of 2010. Mr. Tewari showed me a stiff conductor about a foot long which
was allowed to rotate at the center and connected at each end with
small gauge wire. A magnetic circuit was placed under the conductor.
When a current was allowed to flow through the conductor it rotated, due
to a torque induced on the conductor according to Flemings Left Hand
Rule and standard theory, verified by experiments at the dawn of the
electrical age. With a simple rearrangement of the magnetic circuit, the
same current produced no rotation – the torque was cancelled. I later
duplicated the setup and experiment on my workbench. It is ingenious and
lead to his breakthrough, the invention of a reactionless generator
with greatly improved efficiency. This experiment has lead to the design and testing of generators with
efficiencies far above any previous design. The design uses the same
types of materials used in current generators, but the magnetic circuit
within the machine is configured to cancel back torque while inducing
current and producing power. This might be compared to the rearrangement
of materials by the Wright Brothers to build a surface with lift that
resulted in manned flight in a time when many, including scientists,
said it was impossible. Indeed, physicists who cling to an outdated
model of the properties and structure of space have declared what has
been done by Tewari to be impossible. During the November testing I witnessed two tests of efficiency on
the new model in Tewari’s lab. The second test was several percent
better than the first and produced 6.6 KVA with an efficiency of 238%. A
second set of stator coils was not connected yet but is expected to
increase output to 300%. This is a 3 phase, 248 volt Hz, AC synchronous
generator operating at 50 Hz. State of the art, true RMS meters on the
input and output that measured KW, KVA, and power factor confirmed the
readings of meters we had supplied for tests I observed in April of
2014. We were able to visit a 130-acre factory site of one of the top
electrical machinery manufacturing companies in India. At this site the
company manufactures rotating electrical machines, including generators.
When the chief electrical engineer first saw the drawings and design of
the RLG he knew immediately what it meant for efficiency! Because of
their confidence in the design, and the results of the tests on the
smaller model, the company has assembled a self-excited machine designed
to produce 20 KVA. When we arrived at the factory a vice president of the company, the
factory general manager, and the chief engineer greeted us. We then
inspected the new machine and met the engineering design team assigned
to this project. They are electrical and mechanical engineers who design
and build conventional generators with output as high as 500 KVA. They
are very enthusiastic and understand the breakthrough. A second machine
rated at 25 KVA is now under construction at this company in India. I believe, as do the engineers in India, that this is the biggest
breakthrough in rotating electrical machine design since Faraday’s
invention of the electrical motor in 1832. The elimination of back
torque allows all the energy generated to pass through the machine.
Power output is determined by the strength of the excitation magnets and
the synchronous reactance (resistance at 50/60 Hz) of the stator
windings. Current models can be cascaded for higher output. Each machine
can produce at least 2.38 times the input and can be configured in a
self-running mode. Due to concentration on efficiency and design
improvements the machine has not yet been configured in this manner. During a visit to witness tests in December of 2012, we were guests
of the engineering director of a large utility company, and we toured a
generation facility which the director pointed out was ready for RLG
systems as soon as they are scaled to the required size. In March 2015
we returned to India for licensing discussions. Current plans call for
introductory models to be marketed at 10 KVA and 25 KVA. A second
company is involved in manufacturing discussions and the Karnataka Power
Corporation, which supplies Bangalore, is investigating the use of 200
KVA units in a wind farm application as described in the April 7th
edition of Asia Times. The November 2013 issue of The Atlantic magazine features an article
on The 50 Greatest Breakthroughs Since the Wheel. The RLG is more than
just a product or a technical innovation. It is a fundamental change in
the way that energy can be generated. It overcomes the inherent
inefficiencies of AC generators. Patents have been filed and the RLG is
ready to be licensed to companies that manufacture rotating electrical
machinery. In fact, discussions with companies on three continents are
underway. We believe that the RLG is a fundamental discovery, not an
innovation. Mankind’s first fundamental discovery was harnessing and
controlling fire. The second was the wheel. The third was harnessing and
controlling electricity. The fourth was harnessing and controlling the
atom. The RLG can turn wheels without the use of fire (fossil fuels) or
the atom (nuclear plants). It is a 21st century innovation. The first
four of these innovations involved an understanding of material
elements. The RLG is based on an understanding of the non-material
properties of space. Paramahamsa Tewari’s search for the nature of

not empty, as has been taught for the last 150 years. The RLG operates

engineers engaged in the manufacture of AC generators have independently
tested the RLG and confirmed the efficiency ratings that I have

Electrical Engineering in 1958 from Banaras Engineering College, India,
and held responsible positions in large engineering construction

Energy, India. He was also deputed abroad for a year at Douglas Point
Nuclear Project, Canada. He is presently the retired Executive Nuclear

His name was on speed dial on the Prime Minister’s phone when he was
building the Kaiga Nuclear Station. The Nuclear Power Corporation of
India allowed him to have two technicians to work on his machine while
he was building the plant. They bought him parts and even gave him a
small portable workshop that is now next to his main lab. Cropmton Greaves Ltd. (the GE of India) have funded his work and
corporate directors CGL as well as Reliance (oil and energy) know of his
work. I have also been told by many Indians that the work of Tewari will

The USA has spent trillions of dollars on fossil fuels. Renewable
Energy Systems have no fuel costs. A Utility that has no fuels costs can

Nothing Lasts Forever. Coal production has already peaked in terms
of BTUs per pound. Peak Volumetric production is not far off, probably
by 2025.
If we do not use the energy we have now to build an energy system
that does not rely on non-renewable energy, we will live in a
preindustrial world when fossil fuels run out.
We have a 50 year window to build a new energy system based on the worldwide fossil fuel depletion rate. We
need to start now while protecting the health and safety of the coal
miners, who will provide the energy we need to get the job done.

This means that the original realm for creation is founded at the
primary or first cause fields and consists of pre-atomic constituent
elements. Of course the Light-Sound fields are all about frequency,
both from the light or colour fields but this also includes frequency
arising out of the sound field. Together these frequencies are the
foundation for omniscience that you as human beings sense around you but
cannot measure with your empirical science. What humanity refers to as
“Heaven” is in reality these fields of creation. These light-sound
fields are also interconnected with each other, millions upon millions
of them, connecting within an instant.
Connectivity within All-That-IsThe infrastructure of this Light-Sound terrain appears like a
scaffolding of crystalline-like light, with large masses of light that
appear very much like sheet lightening, and where consciousness connects
instantly in great waves within this expanse. Within this web of
hyper-connectivity, all pre-atomic particles are flowing freely in
waves. It is correct to use the expression “God particles” or the “Adamantine particles”
of creation. The pre-atomic particle level is beyond matter and
space-time, as you know it. These pre-atomic particles form the platform
for the next level of creation, the Second Cause of Creation, where
the photonic imprint is born out of elementary particles including the
atomic layer of constituent particles of photons, electrons, neutrons
and quarks.The Second Cause of creation always holds within it all constituent

of this Creation. You are made of all the constituent parts of this

new theory of the Universal Law in 1997. Around that time I realized
that all our scientific information on the physical world in terms of
special natural laws and natural constants is entirely limited to the
visible 3D world that is only accessible to our human senses. And the
latter are known to be very limited in their spectrum of assessing
energy frequencies as visible light and sound. The tactile senses play
no role in physics. At that time – around 1997 and 1998 – I was beamed very intensively
by my HS to realize that, with the development of the new theory of
physics of the Universal Law, I have only streamlined the known physical
knowledge for the visible 3D universe, which is but a small U-subset of
All-That-Is. I was poignantly aware of the fact that all our human
knowledge ends up with the description of the energetic characteristics
of photons, while departing from the mass and energy of the basic
photon, also known as Planck’s constant, from which the masses and
charges of all elementary particles of matter can be derived by applying
the Universal Equation, as this can be seen in the table presenting the

visible light, from which all other elementary particles of matter are
derived by mathematical calculations based on the Universal Law, and
also that only some of them can be registered in complex experiments
(For instance, scientists are still unable to register free quarks and
gluons which are basic to the standard model as they cannot separate
them even in the biggest hadron collider in CERN; hence these particles
are still of pure theoretical nature and as our recent discussion on the mass of neutrinos
showed, this model is entirely flawed, which also questions the
correctness of the current description of quarks and gluons in quantum
chromodynamics), I began to search for more information on the
invisible, inaccessible, pre-atomic particles that create this visible
3D universe. At that time I was completely aware that All-That-Is is infinite
consciousness and that this consciousness is an integral element in all
particles and energetic systems. I knew beyond any doubt that
All-That-Is is one infinite intelligent design that has been reduced to
the anthropomorphic concept of God in all religions, which actually deal
in their original essence with pure Creation. This has been a leitmotif
in our discussions on this website. The only advanced information I could find on this topic was in the
channelled books of Seth by Jane Roberts from the 60s and 70s, where
this source highlights a little bit on the existence and the essence of
pre-atomic particles coming from the source, from which the known
elementary particles such as protons, neutrons, electrons that build the
atoms and molecules of matter emerge in a secondary manner. Seth refers to the infinite intelligence of these particles that are
projected directly from the source into all forms of matter and can
exist simultaneously in numerous timelines and parallel worlds, while
being at the same time conscious of these multiple manifestations. This was an eye opener for me. At the same time I was very much disappointed that Seth remained very
vague on the nature of these pre-atomic source particles, the existence
of which I had already postulated in my theory of the Universal Law
based on the primordial notion of the infinity of All-That-Is and the
existence of only U-sets of it that contain the nature of the Whole as
an element. This is the novel key gnostic (epistemological) finding of
the new theory of the Universal Law. The reason why Seth was so vague in his explanations on the
properties of source energies as pre-atomic particles and fields was
that the medium Jane Roberts was not a scientist and had absolutely no
knowledge of physics. No human being can receive more channelled
information than his/her human mind can process and understand. Hence it affords a great understanding of and personal experience
with the properties of source energies at the individual level to be
able to receive sophisticated messages from the higher realms that deal
exactly with this abstract topic. Essentially, it is my conviction that
one key and indispensable prerequisite for channelling such information
on the nature of source energies is that the person is himself fully in
the LBP and experiences these energies on a daily basis in his body as
most of the PAT members do in this last phase of the End Time. All other
human beings on this planet have no direct access to these energies
that affect them only indirectly through their emotional and mental
fields and subsequently vehemently reject the existence of such
energies. This is another leitmotif on our website. In addition to this personal experience, the medium must understand
the physical nature of energy. This includes in the first place an
intimate knowledge of the limitation of human language as a medium of
such kind of abstract information. The cognitive problem of human
language is that it is a very inadequate medium to describe these higher
dimensional levels and energies of simultaneous creation due to its
sequential, linear syntax and imprecise connotations. I have discussed
this problem extensively in my last German gnostic book “Thoughts“. Hence one must analyse in an apriori manner all the terms one uses in
such channelled messages on the nature of pre-atomic particles and
fields originating directly from the source from a pure physical point
of view, which is in fact the view of the new physical and mathematical
axiomatics of the Universal Law, and determine their unequivocal
connotation before using them in a channelled text, so that no
ambivalence and no obscuration can occur. Given these mandatory prerequisites for a clear channelling of such
highly sophisticated messages on the nature of source energies, one
should expect that the messenger is very critical and does his own work
in establishing a clear vocabulary that complies with the true
properties of energy as described in the new theory of the Universal
Law. At least this is what I would expect from a true gifted channeller
who dares to receive such abstract information from higher excarnated
sources. Based on these expectations, I read the few messages that are
published on this novel website and I was very positively surprised that
I could not find anywhere a statement that would infringe on the basic
tenets of the new physical and mathematical axiomatics, which is the
only guideline how to establish correct and congruent categorical
systems of human knowledge that exclude any contradictions and
paradoxes. It suffices to say at this place that present-day science is
full of such paradoxes and contradictions in the presentation of the
physical world, be it physics (inorganic matter) or bio-science (organic
matter), and that is why scientists were unable to discover the
existence of only one natural law according to which All-That-Is
operates. I agree with you that it does not matter who the channeller of this
information is, but he/she must be a very clear and clean source and
must be fully in the LBP, as we are, as to receive such abstract,
high-quality messages. Only somebody who has fully opened his left brain
portal and has an unrestricted and open contact to the source, is
capable of transmitting this kind of abstract information. At the same time this source uses a clear and understandable language
that is not overloaded with difficult technical terms and thus is a
very good introduction for all light workers, first and second ascension
candidates, who want to learn more about the essence of source
energies. This popular scientific language so far fully coalesces with
the new physical axiomatics of the Universal Law and this is the
greatest surprise for me personally. After all, we are heading with our ascension towards these source
energies and this is how creation will occur for us as ascended masters.
There must be a genuine interest in anybody who has entered the LBP and
considers himself an ascension candidate to read these messages and
learn more about their properties and hierarchical (or not (?)
organisation and structure within the Creation of All-That-Is = Source. I must admit that there are elements in these messages that were not
known to me, but make a lot of sense in the context of quantum
mechanics. The greatest advantage of this website is that the messages follow a
strict and logical line of argumentation and build upon each other,
which is extremely rare, if not completely absent, in all other
channellings one can find on the Internet or in the published
literature. I would say that this source is indeed a surprisingly positive
contribution to our ongoing discussions on the nature of source energy,
which we all know is now driving the ascension process of Gaia and
humanity and determines also all the political and economic events on
the ground. Therefore I would strongly recommend all PAT members to
visit this website and read regularly the messages that are published
there. I, myself, will follow this source and will publish at my
discretion some outstanding messages when I decide that they can
contribute to the further elucidation of our ongoing discussions on the
