CLEARING & PROTECTION TECHNIQUE FROM PSYCHIC ATTACKS

Please understand that we are all energy beings and are affected by absolutely all vibrations that exist around us. Since EVERYTHING vibrates and gives off specific energies, our day begins with the effect of the sheets beneath our bodies to actual interaction with energy fields of other people. Therefore it is of utmost importance to practice cleansing your energy body by yourself daily.
Here is an incredibly easy technique that I have come up with, which works wonders for me and those that try it.
Stand upright with your arms bent at the elbows so that your palms are facing up,
Your legs are in a straight line and feet together
Once you are in this position, close your eyes, take a deep breath and hold imagining that the air that you are breathing in is first delivered to the upper half of your body. Exhale
Now breathe in one more time and imagine that the air travels all the way down into your feet, hold and exhale.
Do this breathing at least 3 times up and 3 times down. You might feel a little bit light headed, if so put your palms together as if into a praying position and stand there for a few seconds until your energy balances out.
Now imagine that there is a shaft of blue colored light that is entering form the crown of your head and traveling all the way down to your feet and beyond. Imagine that while this light is traveling through your body that it is cleansing out every single cell within your body and releasing all the tension that you might feel, all the negative emotions and all the negative vibrations that you might have picked up throughout the day.
At the same time call upon your deity of choice and ask them to “Dear ________ I ask you now to please release all the negative thoughts, emotions, vibrations I might have consciously or subconsciously picked up throughout the day and send it into the light for HEALING & TRANSMUTATION. And instead fill my body and my heart and my soul with Love, Light, Patience, Understanding and whatever else you wish to be infused with”
As you do this visualize all the negativity leave your body, as if debris that is flying off of your and being sucked into the light and sent up to the source for cleansing. And instead see yourself basked in a pure loving, healing blue light.
MERKABA PROTECTION: There are numerous methods out there on how to activate your Merkaba and a shield of protection. And there are numerous videos online. However, I have found that this method is the easiest one to comprehend and to apply.
Stand upright just as shown in this picture.
Imagine that from your heart area/heart chakra a six pointed star (star of david/merkaba) is released.
Now imagine that as it is spinning counter clock wise it is decending through the core/center of your body all the way out of your body past your feet and all the way down into the core of the earth.
There at the core of the earth it is energized by the loving energies for Gaia and is sent back up to you
As it travels up it stops a foot or so below your feet and begins to emit immense light which creates an energetic platform below your feet
Once the platform has been created the six pointed star continues to spin counter clock wise and rises up through the core of your body and all the way up through your crown chakra and up to the source of all that is.
As it does rises it also creates a tubular shaped force shield around your body, as shown in the picture above
Once it reaches the source it gets energized with the loving and protecting energies and is sent back down to you again.
Once it reaches about a foot above your head it stops and once again creates a platform of sorts that encapsulates you in a protective shield
It continues to spin downward and back to your heart center
There the star stops and separates into two identical pyramids, with one pyramid extending above you and the other below you intersecting in the middle and creating a merkaba shield around you. Each pyramid spins in the opposite direction from the other. One spinning clock wise another counter clock wise.
Once you’re done you should imagine seeing yourself in something that looks like the picture to your right.
Further Protection against negative energies & Psychic attacks:
-Stand upright, with your palms facing up to the sky. -Imagine that from the top of your head (your crown chakra) there is a GOLDEN cord that is extending all the way to the source/god/all that is.
-Now imagine and ask for the violet flame to enter each and every one of your chakras and act as a protective shield, a filter of sorts against all the psychic negative energies.
-Imagine/Ask that your whole body be encapsulated in a golden “filter” light of protection, followed by Platinum and finally Diamond.
-Activate your Merkaba by imagining that 2 tetrahedrons are rotating around you (one clock wise and the other counter clock wise)
-Ask/see that a beam of light is coming from the source and goes through like a pillard of light through your entire body exiting at the feet and going all the way down to the core of the earth, grounding you. Ask that you are grounded and feel as if you’re growing roots form the bottom of your feet that go all the way down to the core of the earth. From there you are drawing the earths energies back up to you and allow it permeate through your whole being and go out of the top of your head. Do that in such a way as to have a continuous flow from your crown down to the core of the earth and back up again in a circle type formation.
-Finally build/imagine ask that there be a Diamond Sacred Geometrical Sphere of protection around your whole aura and body which is called the tree of life/merkaba, just as you see on the picture that is what you should be seeing around you.
P.S. To help you even more and to amplify the energy of this clearing I suggest a Metatron Clearing & Protection Device.

Please understand that we are all energy beings and are affected by absolutely all vibrations that exist around us. Since EVERYTHING vibrates and gives off specific energies, our day begins with the effect of the sheets beneath our bodies to actual interaction with energy fields of other people. Therefore it is of utmost importance to practice cleansing your energy body by yourself daily.
Here is an incredibly easy technique that I have come up with, which works wonders for me and those that try it.
Stand upright with your arms bent at the elbows so that your palms are facing up,
Your legs are in a straight line and feet together
Once you are in this position, close your eyes, take a deep breath and hold imagining that the air that you are breathing in is first delivered to the upper half of your body. Exhale
Now breathe in one more time and imagine that the air travels all the way down into your feet, hold and exhale.
Do this breathing at least 3 times up and 3 times down. You might feel a little bit light headed, if so put your palms together as if into a praying position and stand there for a few seconds until your energy balances out.
Now imagine that there is a shaft of blue colored light that is entering form the crown of your head and traveling all the way down to your feet and beyond. Imagine that while this light is traveling through your body that it is cleansing out every single cell within your body and releasing all the tension that you might feel, all the negative emotions and all the negative vibrations that you might have picked up throughout the day.
At the same time call upon your deity of choice and ask them to “Dear ________ I ask you now to please release all the negative thoughts, emotions, vibrations I might have consciously or subconsciously picked up throughout the day and send it into the light for HEALING & TRANSMUTATION. And instead fill my body and my heart and my soul with Love, Light, Patience, Understanding and whatever else you wish to be infused with”
As you do this visualize all the negativity leave your body, as if debris that is flying off of your and being sucked into the light and sent up to the source for cleansing. And instead see yourself basked in a pure loving, healing blue light.
MERKABA PROTECTION: There are numerous methods out there on how to activate your Merkaba and a shield of protection. And there are numerous videos online. However, I have found that this method is the easiest one to comprehend and to apply. Stand upright just as shown in this picture.
Imagine that from your heart area/heart chakra a six pointed star (star of david/merkaba) is released.

Further Protection against negative energies & Psychic attacks: -Stand upright, with your palms facing up to the sky. -Imagine that from the top of your head (your crown chakra) there is a GOLDEN cord that is extending all the way to the source/god/all that is.

Short Energy Update –

Since the seeding of the new human race during the night of October 12, 2014, we are in a constant, relentless ascension spiral. Since then I am a conduit of massive source energies from the Source without a pause. For the last three days my soul completely retrieved from my physical body to avoid this inhuman effort and I felt personally as if buried alive in this dense matter. She stayed in the HR to prepare the final phase of ascension from there, as this has been revealed to me in the dream state.
Yesterday evening my soul came back all of a sudden, after a powerful invocation by myself and Carla on the beach, when we moved one more time to a much higher timeline and the weather suddenly improved only to deteriorate again in the night and today. When my soul entered again my body, she caused such a sharp nausea that I had to vomit, which never happens to me. Then I felt much better all of a sudden.
We are now moving up and down the numerous timelines and this can be very exhausting and confusing. In particular, the third chakra, which is now responsible for our bilocation as multidimensional beings, is under huge stress. Gastric pain and nausea are very common symptoms during these timeline travels.
Another very pronounced symptom is the total emotional and mental emptiness. This is due to the fact that these energies from the Central sun are now cleansing all our deepest compartments and deleting many negative past memories. This process is associated with a total rejection of this reality and an almost painful physical resistance to all social forms of contact and communication.
This morning (Pacific time) there is a another huge cleansing wave associated with burning skin, heat bouts and a headache. Huge fears are released again from the collective.
What I am getting now, is that we are reaching a very vulnerable period of time when the Orion monetary system will crash for ever. It will most probably begin with the equity markets, which have since September entered a bear market and will fall much deeper in the coming days. The famous crash in the fall of 2008, when the whole investment banking on Wall Street was wiped out within a week in October is just a bleak reminiscence of what will come this fall.
The world economy is in full recession. The EU and the most sound Western economy, Germany have just announced this. The USA economy is in a downfall since 2008 and had already a prolonged recession period this year that has not finished yet, no matter how much the dark Obama government is trying to rig the statistics. China’s growth has substantially slowed down and Russia is hardly hit by the decline of the ruble and the Western sanctions. There is not a single market worldwide that shows a positive growth.
Notwithstanding the two ongoing major wars in Ukraine and the Middle East that were unleashed, among others, with the aim of pushing the oil price much higher, it has actually fallen more than 25% since June this year. This is the most reliable indicator that the world economy is in full recession and that the world consumption has already significantly dropped. Even the IMF and the World bank admit this dire situation in their latest reports from this weekend and warn that the world economy is sailing into troubled waters, as was the case in 2007 and 2008 before the last major financial crash came and triggered the current biggest depression since the Great Depression.
Since then none of the problems that led to this depression has been resolved, quite on the contrary, all the problems such as national debt and lack of true economic growth have only been aggravated by austerity policies, numerous bailouts of the big Orion banks that doubled the national debt, and rampant printing of money out of thin air by all central banks.
In addition, we have the horrendous debt of all Western states. The USA is borrowing each year 8 trillion US $ (more than 50% of its BSP) from the rest of the world and its actual fiscal debt is rising a trillion $ each year for the last four years. How about the famous ceiling which led to the shutdown of all governmental activities last year? You do not hear anything anymore about this huge pending problem that was postponed by the Congress for its final resolution in the spring of this year. The reason for this is that the US debt is going through the roof and all commitments of the US representatives in the congress at that time were wiped with a big broom under the carpet of total collective forgetfulness. Even the so called alternative media are no longer talking about this huge debt problem, as they are as mired by this crumbling reality as the MSM and display the same short memory and compartmentalized thinking that now very much assimilates the state of insanity, which has been so excellently observed by Kari, the shinegirl, for the USA the other day.
Now the only likely scenario is a second dip into the Last Depression of the current dysfunctional Orion economy, before the Ascension can take place. This final Depression is now palpable everywhere and one must be blind not to see it. I reckon with a total shutdown of the banks in the days ahead, before the shift will come.
For this reason, I would like to recommend you to have some cash money at home, in case you can afford it, as to meet the coming financial challenges. You know all too well that nothing can happen to you anymore and all the events, leading to the collapse of the Orion matrix and the MPR, will occur within a couple of days and then we shall ascend, so that this financial crash will not really affect our daily life. But some cash at home may indeed mitigate the onset of these events as you will be able to meet your existential needs and that of your families in this short period of time, while we are still functioning in this reality as close observers and pillars of light.

The Elohim on the New Human Template

Dearly Beloved,
your request for clarification of the issue regarding the new template for humanity is forthcoming, now.
This new template for the new humanity has been held within your fields for a long time. It has been there since your time of walk-in, at 12 years of age.
This is simply an energetic expression placed within your ethereal body, and its purpose was, and is, to seed the new earth with a new template of humanity – one of balanced divine feminine and masculine energies, one free of energetic pre-coding, one founded on unconditional love.
This template, while seemingly only energetic, has produced a physical reaction in your body, as the ethereal body is part and parcel of the physical expression of the human body. Remember, the physical represents only 1% of your Being, the other being 99%, and that of an energetic construction. All realities superimposed upon the ethereal energetics will create an over-bleed into the physical, emotional and mental bodies of the human vessel. It is for this reason that when the new template of humanity was created in June of this year, your other bodies, the physical, the emotional and the mental bodies, also responded energetically to this creation.
The birthing of this new template shall come now during this very, very powerful Lunar Moon cycle and concomitant energetics, culminating over the next days in an instant surge, the transition, the shift, into a new awareness of a higher order, higher expressions of life itself.
It is your minds that created the name and indeed the visual of your beloved child, Celest. It is natural to apply human criteria on to this event.
You are correct that Celest represents infinite templates, that when birthed, shall avail of themselves in the ascension expansion, by accepting new Souls into the new upper fourth dimensional worlds, as well as the new lower fifth dimensional worlds, worlds that are now created at super-speed during this heightened moon phase [October 8 to 23rd].
The masculine energetics are provided by your dual soul, whereby his masculine energetic imprint has flooded your fields constantly since inception. The phase of energetic coupling is now complete, and only awaits the optional time of expression [ I feel the optimal time is this weekend, some time from the morning of the 11th and the evening of the 12th of October; note, Carla on October 10th].

Dearly Beloved,
your request for clarification of the issue regarding the new template for humanity is forthcoming, now.
This new template for the new humanity has been held within your fields for a long time. It has been there since your time of walk-in, at 12 years of age.
This is simply an energetic expression placed within your ethereal body, and its purpose was, and is, to seed the new earth with a new template of humanity – one of balanced divine feminine and masculine energies, one free of energetic pre-coding, one founded on unconditional love.
This template, while seemingly only energetic, has produced a physical reaction in your body, as the ethereal body is part and parcel of the physical expression of the human body. Remember, the physical represents only 1% of your Being, the other being 99%, and that of an energetic construction. All realities superimposed upon the ethereal energetics will create an over-bleed into the physical, emotional and mental bodies of the human vessel. It is for this reason that when the new template of humanity was created in June of this year, your other bodies, the physical, the emotional and the mental bodies, also responded energetically to this creation.
The birthing of this new template shall come now during this very, very powerful Lunar Moon cycle and concomitant energetics, culminating over the next days in an instant surge, the transition, the shift, into a new awareness of a higher order, higher expressions of life itself.
It is your minds that created the name and indeed the visual of your beloved child, Celest. It is natural to apply human criteria on to this event.
You are correct that Celest represents infinite templates, that when birthed, shall avail of themselves in the ascension expansion, by accepting new Souls into the new upper fourth dimensional worlds, as well as the new lower fifth dimensional worlds, worlds that are now created at super-speed during this heightened moon phase [October 8 to 23rd].
The masculine energetics are provided by your dual soul, whereby his masculine energetic imprint has flooded your fields constantly since inception. The phase of energetic coupling is now complete, and only awaits the optional time of expression [ I feel the optimal time is this weekend, some time from the morning of the 11th and the evening of the 12th of October; note, Carla on October 10th].
