This message is interesting for one single reason. It confirms that only a few humans are ready to ascend as I have been saying it all along.
Even the number given by this source 0.3% seems to be very high if we consider full ascension to the Source as we, the new Logos Gods and Guardians of the New Golden Galaxy, the true PAT members have already achieved.
Most of these several million human beings will ascend to the higher 4D worlds or lower 5D worlds, from where they will be able to visit higher dimensions and numerous realities only after a prolonged period of adaptation and learning.
The rest of the ascended bodies will be incarnated with new walk-ins who are old souls and ready for ascension.
Hence this number must apply to the current incarnated soul fragments, whereas one must bear in mind that most of the current human bodies are soulless empty shells and some of them are being increasingly incarnated by walk-ins in anticipation of the ID shift.
Most of the new incarnations will however take place at the moment of the shift and many soul fragments already exist on the new 4D and lower 5D worlds of Gaia 5, which we have created in the last two years.
Physical Ascension
Until recently, it was extraordinarily difficult to take your
physical body with you into the higher realms.Now, because of the current Divine Dispensation (spoken of at length in previous writings), it is possible for millions of evolved souls to move directly into the Light without going through the death process.
One advantage of this method of ascension is that you can continue to interact with the beings of Earth, but you are no longer bound by Earthly laws.
Another advantage is that you do not need to reincarnate in order to re-experience Earth.
As you know, reincarnation is arduous because you must learn to walk and talk all over again and try to remember what you have learned prior to the new lifetime.
So a great deal of energy, at least in the first part of your voluntary lifetime, is spent relearning what you already knew in your past lifetimes.
In order to physically ascend, you need to have most, if not all, of your fragments integrated. Your parent soul needs to be embedded into your physical body sufficiently to regenerate the systems of the body faster than they are deteriorating from the second law of thermodynamics.
About three-tenths of one percent of humanity is on the path of physical ascension (that’s roughly 1 in every 300 humans).
Being on this path does not automatically guarantee success. It is still possible to fall into duality, get in an accident, or somehow cause your physical demise.
However, if you are truly committed to physical ascension, you will accomplish it in this lifetime, even if your present physical body is in its eighties or nineties.
There is nothing wrong with choosing spiritual ascension (death of the body) instead of physical ascension. You may decide it is too difficult to resurrect your present physical body, especially if it is currently sick and deteriorating.
But do not fall into the belief that you are powerless to decide your fate.
You are still a powerful, creative, spiritual being even if your physical body has not yet been cleared of all the negative karmic patterns of multiple lifetimes in darkness.
There are many techniques to help you achieve physical ascension. Keep in mind, however, that this is a normal, natural part of soul evolution and, therefore, you do not need to actually learn how to physically ascend.
You do, however, need to remove all of the obstacles you have placed in the way of embracing your normal, natural, evolutionary process.
. . . If you focus on bringing the higher frequencies into your body and recharging it continuously, you will draw those techniques, methods, workshops and people into your life that will catalyze your ascension process.

The folks of Vox Populi Evo have pulled through
again, providing an English translation and subtitles for Rossiya-1’s
latest documentary, PRESIDENT, hosted by Russian TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov and which was first aired in Russia on April 26. VPE had previously made
available in English and published on this website.
I have awaited for this video to appear with
English subtitles as to publish it for you in order to follow one more
time the difficult, though miraculous recovery of Russia after the
collapse of the Soviet Union in 1992. Much of this success was
accomplished by us as Logos Gods from the higher Realms and could only
then manifest in this crumbling 3D reality as a political drama acted by
petty politicians. Hence this video should not be interpreted as a
glorification of Putin or Russia, but as a testimony how powerful we are
as Creator Gods and how precisely we direct the End Time scenario
behind the scene.
This documentary
contains never seen before footage from some of the biggest highlights
of Putin’s career, and of Russia’s history for the last decade and a
half: the war in Chechnya, the battle with the oligarchs, the Kursk
submarine tragedy, Beslan, the 2008 crisis.
Among the revelations Putin
makes in his interview sections is the admission of direct involvement
of Western intelligence agencies in supporting Islamic terrorism in
Chechnya. While it’s no surprise to the alternative media,
it’s the first time Putin has officially confirmed such involvement.
Nothing has changed since the CIA created the mujaheddin to battle the
Soviets in Afghanistan. And at the end there are some miraculous stories
which indicate who are the real masters behind this drama:

This a small, but very precise message that brilliantly confirms
what the PAT does as the only group of ascended masters worldwide –
consciously eliminating linear time by fully accepting the concept of
multidimensionality and being able to move through many different
timelines, thus eliminating the very edifice of 3D linear time. As the
Dragon says, this is the only way to liberate from the shackles of
linear time, which is in the core of all limitations in an incarnated
state and ascend through full expansion of multidimensional awareness.

Pick perhaps some of the most challenging things – such as developing the ability of telekinesis. We can guarantee that with enough time, you would develop that ability even if you haven’t been able to. Anyone could.
Pretty much anything could be done with enough time. However, you are set up to have a limited amount of time. You may be thinking this is no revelation since you are immersed in the limitation.
But what is time?
Think of each moment as being a frame on an a film. You pick what makes each frame and piece it together to have an illusion of linearity. Where things seem to break down and the film comes off the reel, the communal consciousness corrects it.
Overcoming time first takes the will. Then teamwork helps (as the PAT members who share their common energetic experiences, note, George). As more people awaken, the hold time has will weaken. You will see strange things. Some of you may have seen it already. And the hold of linear time will break down.
The first step is usually an awareness of multiple versions of your experience, multiple timelines, and a feeling of responsibility to more than one version of your experience.
Once you get there, the rest tends to happen very quickly, and you break free from time’s hold.
Instead of piecing the reel together in a linear fashion, you jump around and do what you feel like. You realize that what you saw as linear time were just different states of being. Those states do not need to flow with continuity.
Be patient. Most of you will break free. It is natural for you to be outside of linear time.

Since May 19th we have had a massive ID shift. In that night St. Germain visited Carla in her nightly meditation and she saw St. Germain surrounded by the whole PAT. He told us, as I have already mentioned in the latest PAT report, that an unexpected situation in the ascension process was most likely to occur any moment, not bad and not good, but simply unexpected and that we had to encounter it and resolve it with our combined efforts. When I hear such stories, I always know that hard times lie ahead and I was not “disappointed’ in my prediction.
On May 19th, a massive descent of source energy commenced early in the morning with an excruciating headache and gastric pain for myself. Obviously the correction of the ascension pathway was so immense that my HS did not hesitate to go to the limit of my physical destruction in order to do the job successfully. I have gone many times through similar situations, the most notable one when we opened the stargate 12.21.12 and later on 12.27.12, and I was about to die and Carla came to me energetically with AA Michael and the Pleiadians and helped me recover from my total energetic depletion. At that time I did not know that she was my dual soul, but she knew it, and this intervention rather surprised me.
This time it was a similar situation. When the descent of source energy began to flow through my left brain portal on May 19th, I was immediately taken away by my HS and had to lie down. During this period of several hours of total absence from this reality, I was consciously experiencing the intensity of the waves that set my body elemental in a state of total shock due to the real possibility of its physical annihilation. I was observing this whole process from the higher perspective of my soul in a rather disentangled manner and tried to calm down the fears of my body elemental. When I woke up after several hours, the headache was excruciating and the Metatron waves that came from the Source had reached a unique peak in intensity. I have no idea what I did during this day, but obviously I must have answered all your emails and even posted two articles in a trance. This is the best way for me to cope with such a headache when a cc-wave hits me – to distract myself with daily activities.
The intensity of the source waves during this first massive correction of the ascension pathway of Gaia to the new Golden Galaxy was also felt by some PAT members. Donna sent me the following report the next day:

In response to your energy update on May 20, 2015 I would like to add that on May 19th the earth suddenly began pulsing, sending vibrations/waves up to the surface and into the atmosphere…. Again many stories come to mind with fluctuations in “The Field” correlating to our journey thus far, but I will describe May 19th. For some reason the energetics of this spring equinox started out dynamic at first but became relatively stationary as a pale pink overlay infused and saturated everything (I cannot share this assessment but we now experience the ascension process in a very individual manner. Note, George). For the first time in weeks there was movement coming forth on the 19th. The pulsing and vibrations that suddenly began within the earth on the 19th began to ‘pump’ the atmosphere with outgoing waves although it was not the accustomed life vitality it did jumpstart some movement.
There are so many ways each and every one experiences this incredible journey and thank you Georgi, Carla, and member of the PAT for all your continuing service.

May 20th brought then a short respite, however throughout the whole day I had intermittent attacks of acute gastric pain and burning due to rapid interdimensional movements that hit the 3rd chakra heavily.
In the night of May 21st, I experienced another massive descent of source energies as early as midnight which indicated that something huge and significant was happening at this moment. This whole night I was tortured by an excruciating pain in my left eye socket due to an uninterrupted flow of purest source energy through my left brain portal. Normally, I can mitigate such a pain within half an hour using cold water and massage, this time the pain continued the whole night and in the morning and around noon evolved into a full-fledged cc-wave with a severe headache and impairment of the coordination. This one lasted till late in the evening.
From this experience I conclude that we have just finished with one of the most intensive ascension episodes I have gone through so far in my long cleansing career as a light warrior of the first and the last hour as this was announced by St Germain to Carla and obviously to the whole PAT at the soul level. It began on May 19th with a massive source descent, a relative pause the next day and another massive descent of source energy on May 21st. Carla was also hit very hard during these three days, but she was spared from the worst pain, as otherwise we could not have functioned. Yesterday evening she got the information from her HS that this whole inhuman effort on our part was necessary to prepare Gaia and humanity for the final shift, to establish all the necessary prerequisites for the successful ascension. As we are still fully engaged in the cleansing of our apartment, Carla was not able to attune to her HS and get more information.
Today, the energies are exorbitant, very uplifting but on the verge to bring about another cc-wave. Tomorrow, we shall go to Victoria on the Vancouver island to visit our Lemurian portal, which we created about a year ago when I first visited the capital of B.C. This southern part of the island is a remnant of the Lemurian continent and carries the energies of this past civilisation. As we both were high priests in Lemuria and did a pivotal work in the last phase when this continent sank, we have a great affinity to this timeline, which is now fully integrated into the new template of Gaia 5. We are very excited what we shall experience this weekend. During this time I will not post as I will not take my computer with me in order to fully attune to the Lemurian energies on the Vancouver island. By the way, Victoria also lies within the boundaries of the Infinity Portal at White Rock, which was hugely expanded in the last days.
The fact that we have just undergone a massive ID shift was also confirmed by Robert from Mt. Shasta yesterday, late in the evening. This is what he wrote:

There seems to be a major “re-set” happening to the entire city of Mt. Shasta. Oh and yes, my laptop “died” last night while using it.

Now you know what we have gone through in the last several days and my feeling is that this roller coaster has not finished yet. I expect some more surprises over the weekend, which I hope you will enjoy in relaxed anticipation of our impending ascension and full expansion of awareness.
