Dear Arcturians,

Do you have a message for me today.


Dear Suzille,

Yes, we always have a message for those of you who pass on our information for others.

NO, you do not need to add the above sentence, as we said it to you specifically.

There are many challenges within your third dimensional reality. An important reason for these many changes is that Gaia, the beloved planet on which the humans live, is going through many transitions.

Yes, planets, including your dear Gaia of Earth, are alive beings that have times when they are calm and stable and times when they are going through transitions. It is within your NOW, that Gaia is going through many changes, which are largely do to the humans who live upon Her planetary body.

Many humans think of dear Gaia, the alive being known as “Mother Earth,” is currently preparing, and also is now, going through many changes. It is within the NOW in which Gaia is changing that humanity changes, as well.

You see, dear human ones, Gaia is a living being in the same manner as you humans are living beings. However, far too many humans, especially certain humans in higher places, have forgotten that they took a human incarnation within this now to assist Gaia with Her changes.

Just as humans have times when they feel stable within the human body that they are wearing, Gaia has times when She feels stable within the planetary body that She is wearing.

If Gaia is in a stable NOW, the humans often feel that stability. Of course, many, if not most of the humans, are not aware that they are sensing Gaia’s stability, but they are often aware of their own stability.

Some humans, if not most humans, are grateful for this sense of stability, but only think of it as their “personal sense of stability,” and do not realize that that they are feeling stable because Gaia, a living being on which they live, is also feeling stable.

On the other hand, there are also humans who are aware that they, the humans who have chosen to take an earth vessel on Gaia during this time of transition, are aware that they are sensing the changing energy fields of the planet Gaia, on which they live.

Some humans feel strong enough in their higher/inner perceptions that they will share their information with others. But, most humans are afraid that others will mock them for thinking of dear Gaia as a living being, rather than a big, circular rock.

The humans who are not aware that Gaia is a living being in the same manner that they, the humans, are living beings. Therefore, those who do NOT perceive Gaia as a living being have no problem with harming Gaia’s land, dumping their human waste, which is huge, into the ocean, the earth, and to allow the tainted energies to move into Gaia’s sky and atmosphere.

We, the Arcturians, as well as all of your fifth dimensional Galactic Family, have made the huge sacrifice of taking a third dimensional earth vessel. To many humans on Earth, taking an incarnation on third dimensional Gaia does not seem like a “huge sacrifice.”

The reason that many, if not most, humans do think of choosing to take an incarnation on third dimensional Gaia is because they cannot remember their lives on the fourth, fifth and beyond dimensions, as well as on their Homeworld or Starship.

In fact, most humans do NOT remember their own higher dimensional life. The reason for this forgetfulness is that it would make it too difficult for many of them to remember their higher dimensional reality.

Therefore, they FORGET that frequency of their own Multidimensional SELF, and only remember their third dimensional childhood and forward. However, more and more humans are beginning to remember that there just may be something, somewhere and someone that feels VERY familiar.

However, there are only a few humans who are born with, or even find their adult human selves, in a situation in which they begin to dream about, remember, or even wish for, a different reality. This “different reality” is different from the daily strife and challenges of their third dimensional, physical reality.

Some, in fact more and more, humans are beginning to awakening a component of their third dimensional, physical SELF who remembers. At first this “remembering” seems like a dream that they must have had, but have almost completely forgotten.

In fact, it may seem that all that is left of this “dream,” is a vague memory of some place or some thing, or maybe even some one, who is kinder, more loving, deeply centered and fully awakening.

“That can’t be any part of me!” they think, trying not to be conceited.

But what does conceited mean? 
The human thesaurus says it means: conceited, proud, smug, arrogant or even superior. Humans, who are actually Galactics who have chosen to take an earth vessel to assist Gaia in Her time of great need, must remember that “being conceited” is a bad thing on the third dimension.

It is very difficult for those who remember that they are NOT JUST humans, but also feel a higher frequency of their own SELF that resonates to a higher frequency of realty, must not tell anyone else who they really are, or they would be “conceited.”

Worse yet, if one were to reveal the inner fact that they have “remembered” about their higher dimensional origin, they would be considered to be “crazy.” It was not the humans who started that rumor. Nor was it the Galactics that started that rumor.

It was those who wanted to have power OVER others that need to diminish that who are awakening to their true, Multidimensional SELF. Therefore, we, the members of your Galactic Family, have come into your NOW to remind you that 
YOU ARE CORRECT!

YES, 
YOU 
are Galactic Beings whose Home Worlds are in the fourth, fifth and beyond higher frequency of reality. You, yes YOU, have volunteered to take a third dimensional earth vessel so that you could assist Gaia, a seemingly third dimensional planetary being, to ascend into a fifth dimensional planet.

It is important for you to remember that those of you who are able to connect with your own fifth dimensional expression of SELF, have chosen to take a third dimensional earth vessel so that you could understand and assist the other humans who also believe that they are only third dimensional.

What most humans do NOT understand is that Gaia—Earth—is NOT just a third dimensional planet. Gaia, Earth, is also a multidimensional being, just like all of her inhabitants that have taken third dimensional forms on Gaia so that they can assist Gaia to return to Her true fifth dimensional and beyond Planetary SELF.

The problem is that humanity cannot believe what they do not understand. And, since many humans do not understand the concept of being a Multidimensional Being, they cannot understand the concept of ascension.

To a being who only believes that they are ONLY the third dimensional body that they are wearing, the concept of their being a Multidimensional Being seems impossible. However, these humans are thinking and perceiving ONLY from their third dimensional perceptions and third dimensional belief systems.

To be able to have multidimensional perception of your reality, one must be able to believe in and understand the concept of “multidimensional.” Therefore, we, your Galactic Family, who remember and embrace our innate Multidimensional SELF, wish to assist you, to remember that YOU too are a multidimensional being.

However, once you had a few third dimensional incarnations on the third dimensional frequency of Gaia, you totally forgot your true Multidimensional SELF. You FORGOT your Starship that took you to Earth in order to assist Her with Her Planetary Ascension. AND, you forgot your own Multidimensional SELF who piloted and/or rode in a fifth dimensional Starship.

Worse yet, spending so much “time” on third dimensional Earth, you forgot that time does not exist in the same manner in the fifth dimension and beyond. In the fifth dimension and beyond, time is only NOW. Therefore, you do not look forward to the future or regret your past, as there is only the NOW of what is often called on Earth as “no time.”

Therefore, many brave warriors who took a third dimensional vessel in order to assist third dimensional Gaia, have forgotten their innate sense of “no time.” Therefore, they have forgotten that “time” creates a sense of “separation.”

It is for this reason that many of our brave warriors for the LIGHT who chose to take an Earth vessel, got lost in the “time” of the third dimension. Therefore, they forgot that they never needed to wait for anything to occur because there is no “waiting” within the fifth dimensional NOW.

In their innate fifth dimensional reality of the higher dimensional worlds, they instantly created their reality with their thoughts and emotions. The “thoughts” created the framework for whatever they were creating, and the “emotions” filled in the framework with the substance.

When all creation was formed while in a fifth dimensional reality, there was not “time” to wait for that creation to be decided on, studied, slowly created and/or finally completed.

Instead, the thought became a “thought-form,” which was then filled with “unconditional love,” which is the innate creative force of the fifth dimension and beyond.

Once the format of the “thought form” was filled with the creative powers of “unconditional love,” the creation was completed. However, the more “individual beings” who joined into “ONE unified being” the stronger, larger and more powerful was the creation.

We, the Arcturians, realize that it is difficult for our brave beings who volunteered to take an earth vessel to protect, and actually to rescue, our dear Planetary Friend, Gaia, to remember they too—in fact YOU TOO—are among the Ones who chose to take an incarnation on our beloved, planetary friend Gaia!

We, your Galactic Family, who still reside in the fifth dimensional worlds and fifth dimensional Starships, wish to honor ALL of our dear comrades and family members who have chosen to take an earth vessel within this important NOW of Gaia’s transition into her fifth dimensional expression of SELF.

Gaia wants all of her beloved human friends, many of them who are Galactic Friends, to accept the Multidimensional Light and Unconditional Love that we send to you with our every thought.

We, the Andromedan consciousness, light and love come forth with a purpose of assisting your inner awakening and remembrance. We wish to support you in developing your inner mastery thus accelerating your ascension.


What is Mastery?

Mastery is remembering how to access and express the energies and wisdom of the Creator within your being. You do not need to learn spiritual or self-mastery, it is an awareness and state of being that already exists within you. There is simply a need to release illusions, blocks and pain which are causing you to disconnect or ignore the beautiful fulfilling and inspirational awareness already within your being.


In order to aid you in remembering and reconnecting with your inner mastery, we, the Andromedans, wish to share with you a technique to support you in accessing and moving into expanded awareness and consciousness. Our technique is to create the most appropriate energies and vibrations within your being for you to contemplate and understand how to guide yourself forth evolving into your true divine self.

Technique to Advance Your Mastery

With a request, we, the Andromedans, will place an orb of our light of a purple, violet and turquoise colour into one of your chakras. As you receive and accept the orb of light so it will expand merging with your entire being. Within the Andromedan orb of light will be the energies, wisdom and guidance as guided by your soul to support you in contemplating, understanding and embodying the next stage of your spiritual mastery. The Andromedans will support you in accessing the necessary wisdom, integrating the new perspective and moving forth to the next stage of your ascension process. This is a wonderful practice to achieve whenever you feel confused, that you are unable to accelerate your ascension or access new awareness. The Andromedans will make you aware of the energies and wisdom there is a need for you to focus upon to further aid your mastery.

Depending on which chakra you choose to anchor the Andromedan orb of light into a different activation, understanding and enlightenment will be accessed. We wish to share a description of the influence of the Andromedan orb of light within each chakra:

Placed in your Crown Chakra, it will assist you in accessing new divine consciousness to serve your existence on the Earth, creating waves of activation, awareness of spirit and sacred coding of divinity.

Placed in your Third Eye Chakra, it will aid you in contemplating, understanding and embodying the next stage of your spiritual mastery.

Placed in your Throat Chakra, it will aid mastery of communication on all levels of your being, the Earth and inner planes while supporting sacred deep connections of grace and expressions of your truth.

Placed in your Heart Chakra, it will aid a shift in your self-love, relationships with others and relationship with the Creator, bringing forth further illumination and understanding.

Placed in your Solar Plexus Chakra, it will support you in receiving guidance on how you can personally master your power, bringing forth your power in fulfilling, harmonious and transformational ways.

Placed in your Sacral Chakra, it will assist you in understanding how you can become a master of change, bring in the divine flow and expressing your sexuality and creativity in fulfilling ways guided by your divine self.

Placed in your Root Chakra, it will develop the connection of your divine self with your physical reality, anchoring greater light into your existence on the Earth, aiding grounding and the creation of fortifying foundation.


It is important to only make one request per meditation, asking for only one Andromedan orb of light to be placed in a specific chakra as this allows time for you to contemplate the wisdom and guidance we, the Andromedans, wish to inspire within you. While the energy shared creates an important shift within your being, it is also a process of connection with your intuition, divine wisdom, illumination and enlightenment. We wish to encourage you to understand your own process of mastery, thus accessing wisdom that allows you to comprehend your spiritual evolution and your next step forth. The technique we share with you will support you in awakening profound nuggets of truth within your being as well as gaining a clearer understanding of yourself as a spiritual being experiencing a physical reality. You may achieve this practice as often as you feel guided.

Other Techniques to Aid Mastery

We, the Andromedans, wish to share with you some simple techniques which can be achieved in a short time to further awaken your mastery.
Imagine a spiral of light which fills your chest area and torso; the spiral is wider towards your neck and narrower at the base of your spine. Take your conscious awareness into the spiral and allow yourself to descend to the base of the spiral at the base of your spine.


Ask to be made aware of a new perspective which will lead you to greater enlightenment and self-awareness. Allow yourself to receive any insights that dawn.


Ask to be made aware of a limitation you are holding onto which is blocking your experience of your mastery. Let yourself become aware of this energy, perception, thought, emotion or experience.


Allow both positive and limiting energies to merge, allow the new perspective to transform the limiting energy.
Take the attention of your mind into your Heart Chakra. Imagine yourself sitting next to a waterfall that glistens and shimmers with light. The energy is pouring into your being, awakening new awareness. As you receive the shimmering light into your being, let the flow of energy draw you into a space of higher consciousness and truth. As you observe this aspect of yourself be aware, this is your inner energy of mastery. In the same way, you would get to know a new friend, take time to familiarise yourself and explore this beautiful inner state of your being.
Observe the stories you tell yourself which lead you deeper into illusion.
Become familiar with the energy and light of your being, observe daily the colours and feelings of your energy until you become more familiar with what you feel like energetically, with the ability to observe transformations.
Ask your soul to project the highest vibration of light and consciousness of the Creator into your being. Allow yourself to receive the frequencies and benefits.
Ask to develop your connections with your community of guides and that the appropriate consciousness from your guides imprints into your being, awakening new awareness within your being.


Our energy is present now to be of service to you, simply call upon us and we will respond to your requests especially concerning mastery.

Welcome dear readers.


You the awakened ones, are rapidly shifting into new levels of awareness while others previously unaware or uninterested in truth become more receptive to examining universal beliefs that effect everyone's life.


You who already know who and what you are, are leading the way. You are the light for those ready for more, but who remain unaware of exactly what it is they seek. You need not actively protest or engage in outer actions unless guided. Your work as way showers is to hold the Light of truth within at all times carrying it with you into whatever situations you may experience or become aware of.


The Light of an awakened consciousness automatically flows without conscious thought in and as forms of love accompanying every word and action. It may simply be the act of petting a dog, or offering words of comfort to another, but is often simply bearing silent witness to truth when in the midst of or observing discord.


You no longer need to be actively involved in third dimensional discord. 
 
Avoid intense watching and listening to the news or gossip. 
 
Be aware of what is going on, but do not immerse yourself in it. 
 
When you feed consciousness with negativity and problems you align with the energy of them which then begin to manifest as judgement, criticism, and other creations in and of the three dimensional belief system--all the things that you have been working to clear.


Everything is energy and because there is only ONE energy, whatever you energetically align with you automatically draw to you because everything is always seeking Oneness--law of attraction. 
 
Those who attain a high level of spiritual consciousness discover that their lives become increasingly harmonious on all levels because their consciousness of Oneness begins to automatically express the harmony, balance, safety, abundance, and completeness etc. embodied within it.


However, it often happens that an individual will choose to accept and attain a consciousness of Oneness, but exclude one or more Divine qualities from that Oneness. 
 
Example; "I am whole and complete in every way, but I never have enough money." 
Remember, consciousness is always expressing itself and as long as any false belief is a part of one's consciousness, it will continue to manifest.


An attained consciousness of Divine harmony and wholeness will manifest outwardly in ordinary and practical ways. 
Example: 
Being drawn to a particular ad in the phone book or notice on a board for a needed service or a friend recommending a business or a product that is perfect for a project you want to do. 
If you allow your intuition to guide you, your consciousness of wholeness and harmony will draw to you the right attorney, doctor, plumber, etc., those in alignment with you.


Mind interprets an evolved state of consciousness in practical every day forms a person can relate to. Spiritual living is very practical, much more so than living from the creations of duality and separation which will always manifest in forms of both good and bad.


We wish to speak of remorse. Remorse,
 is the act of passing negative judgement on self with regard to past action, or actions, from the perspective of a different, often higher awareness than that which was in place at the time of the action, or actions. Remorse, is an illusion created from energies of separation belief and never has or ever can reflect the reality of any individual.


Many of you are experiencing remorse, and guilt, as you re-examine your lives in the light of higher awareness. 
 
All actions and decisions reflect the attained level of consciousness present at the time of the action. 
 
Know that anything you did in the past, now causing remorse, was simply reflective of an earlier state of consciousness. 
 
If you hadn't evolved beyond it, you wouldn't even be questioning the past action, you would simply consider it to be right.


Evolution involves the clearing of no longer relevant energies of a lower resonance. Higher frequencies of Light expose old energies still active in cellular memory causing them to surface on one or more levels (physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual). This allows you to become aware of the particular belief underlying some negative past action. Use this insight to examine, replace the belief with truth, release it, and move on without further indulgence in guilt and remorse. This is how the clearing process works.


A person is only capable of living from their attained level of consciousness. 
 
Many pretend to have a evolved state of consciousness, but sooner or later the reality will express and expose itself. An example of this is the rampant psychological, sexual, and physical abuse of women and children that has taken place in organizations through individuals that promote themselves as being in spiritual and loving service.


Remorse reflects the belief that one has failed, done something unforgivable, and is thus not worthy of love. Consciously or unconsciously believing self to be unlovable is the driving force behind the actions of those who act out in violent ways. The energetic resonance of this belief is unknowingly carried from lifetime to lifetime in the cellular memory of an individual until cleared.


Remorse can lock an individual into the belief that they are not worthy of happiness or love, and because everyone is a creator, they continue to create situations that reinforce this false belief. They welcome hardship and emotional suffering, even seeking it because they believe that they deserve it.


Many project their hatred of self on to others as a means of relief-- 
"I will show them I am strong. I will make them respect (fear) me." 
Others use drugs or alcohol to ease the inner pain of feeling intense separation. 
The soul is always seeking oneness but most as of yet do not understand this.


This state of consciousness creates a vicious circle of three dimensional experiences that will continue as long as energetically fed. 
Programs that foster self esteem both in or out of prisons serve to begin healing the broken hearts of many who commit violent crimes. 
An excellent example is prison programs that pair homeless dogs needing love and training with prisoners. The resulting partnership is often the very first time a prisoner has ever expressed or felt love.


If, or when, 
guilt surfaces, 
remember, that every person has guides, teachers, and incarnates with a contract, that they themselves wrote, about what they were choosing to experience, and learn. Your actions may very well have been a part of some karmic or learning process needed by both. 
Negative past actions never hurt or effect the reality of the other, but do effect you.


On a practical level, you can apologize, whether the person is on this side of the veil, or the other. Send Light, and see their Light through consciously acknowledging the Divinity of the person or persons involved including self. 
Be intuitively guided as to what if any, actions are needed. 
You may be guided to simply do nothing, on an outer level, but to do much, on the inner.


Learning to love self comes through knowing that self is SELF. 
A consciousness of Oneness can never be attained if self is left out of the ONE. 
It is easy to hate self when one's belief system is based in three dimensional concepts of how one must look, be, or act in order to be acceptable or loveable. 
This is simply old programing that you have long ago moved beyond. Allow all remaining remnants of it to dissolve into the nothingness that it is.


Choosing to spiritually evolve on earth in three dimensional energy allows for a difficult but intensely valuable evolutionary process. 
Begin to understand that in reality there are no accidents, mistakes, or victims, especially during these powerful times of energetic ascension. 
Recognize and acknowledge the spiritual ideas that underlay everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell.


This is how you learn to see beyond appearances, and, is why you chose and were allowed to be on earth, at this time.
