Awakening with Suzanne Lie

Suzanne Lie, Ph.D., has been a seeker since she was a child where her active “imagination” took her deep into her inner life. She continues to regularly share her experiences and Arcturian teachings on her blog, Awakening with Suzanne Lie, and she wishes to help awakening ones come out of hiding and allow the glory of their highest expression of SELF into their everyday life.

2022 is HERE

Shake hands with the New Friends
and New Experiences
that you will have in this
New Year of 2022

In fact, you may want to take as long as you can to go over:

"What did I learn in this last year?"

"How did I change in this last year?

And
"How Am I different?"

Because of the Covivires there has been many new challenges that we have never had before! How did you deal with these new challenges?

It may seem easier to just forget some of the above questions, but if we choose to "just push these questions away" we will miss our opportunity to move through a difficult situation and feel victorious at the end of that challenge.

As you may have learned in your life so far, if you just ignore what is bothering you, your inner child will continually tug on you because that inner child needs to feel comfort and some happy, safe endings.

If you think that you can "just forget it," then you are likely mistaken.

Difficult situations that are just "pushed away" seem to stay close enough to your awareness to nag you again and again until your "Inner Childs" gets the love and comfort that it needs in order to move through this challenge in a calm and safe manner.

Therefore, much like the above picture, a difficult situation usually calls for strong and loving "shaking of hands" between your wounded/frightened self and your calm/adult self.

Also, your "wounded and/or child self" actually has a lot to teach your adult self. Our adult self can get lost in the business of "getting through the day."

On the other hand, your "inner child" really needs to have some fun playing, find comfort when comfort is needed, and knowing when they are tired and need to rest or even take a nap.

Therefore, it is a good idea to listen to, and even "mind" your inner child. Your "Inner Child is very aware of his or her feelings and had a lot to teach your Adult.

Therefore, if you listen to and openly love your inner self, you will also be loving your adult inner self who is always with and within you!
