Before I publish this complicated article on medicine below, I would like to shed some light on its scientific background. Before that let me mention that I was also threatened to be killed by representatives of the pharmaceutical industry for propagating the new General Theory of Biological Regulation which I developed in the 90s based on the revolutionary discovery of the Universal Law.
One of the major findings of this theory is that about 90% of all drugs registered by the FDA and other regulatory drug agencies are detrimental to the human organism as they inhibit the cell metabolism and thus increase mortality and morbidity (cell-inhibiting drugs). In the first place, such drugs increase the occurrence of various cancers through suppression of the immune system (immunosuppressive drugs), which is a fine-tuned cascade of complex cell-stimulating processes and reactions that lead, among many other functions, to the elimination of cancer cells by immunocompetent cells such as B- and T-lymphocytes, macrophages, etc.
In volume III of the General Theory of Biological Regulation I have dedicated half of my book to elucidating the complex structure and dynamic regulation of the immune system based on the revolutionary discovery of the Universal Law, which is also the only law according to which organic matter functions as living matter and is constantly regulated in a highly dynamic manner. I discovered the Universal Law first for organic matter in bio-sciences and called it initially the “General Principle of Biological Regulation“, before I could prove that it is a Universal Law that is also valid for physical matter and later on for the whole universe (Cosmological Principle) and finally as the Law of All-That-Is that also includes the higher dimensions beyond this holographic 3D model, in which we still dwell.
The proper understanding of the new General Theory of Biological Regulation presupposes not only detailed knowledge of the latest advances in modern bio-sciences and medicine, but also a full understanding of the new physical theory of the Universal Law, including its applications at the quantum level. And frankly speaking, there is not a single scientist on this planet who has this broad and in- depth knowledge and the holistic point of view to understand this new General Theory of Biological Regulation.
It is called “general” because it explains for the first time all biological phenomena that have been observed so far in bio-sciences. It can also predict all phenomena that have been detected and investigated after the publication of this theory in 1999. Since 2000 I have stopped following closely the latest scientific developments in bio-science as they do not make any sense to me any more, but only confirm and reiterate the findings and discoveries I made in the 90s.
As I shall show below this also holds true for the enzyme, nagalase, which plays a key role in this medical criminal drama. Before I go into detail, let me reiterate the major conclusions of the new General Theory of Biological Regulation that prove beyond any doubt that we have to deal with the most insidious cartel of corporate criminals – the FDA and the international pharmaceutical companies – whose only goal is to develop and sell chemical substances that kill all humans indiscriminately in the greatest genocide in the long bloodthirsty history of mankind with the aim of establishing the NWO in a vastly depopulated planet in the current End Times.
1) About 90 % of all drugs currently registered by the FDA and EMEA (the European agency for drug registration) are cell-inhibiting drugs, that is to say, they infringe upon the natural metabolism of the human cells and the organism and cause huge energetic imbalances that in turn trigger cancer and all kinds of chronic diseases, which ultimately lead to premature death.
The findings of the doctors who have been killed by the criminal FDA-Pharmacy Cartel have discovered this fact for a single substance nagalase, which is a regular toxic component of all immunizations. But they were unable to render a general theoretical explanation for their dreadful findings, although I did this almost 20 years ago.
This is another fact that makes my life as a scientist, researcher and a knowledgeable spiritual person so unbearable on this planet – to know that you have made the greatest discovery of all times on this planet that can save the lives of billions of people and to be powerless to alter the cause of the events. The reason – even the most critical and alternative thinking scientists and doctors are too stupid and mired by the system to be able to grasp the bigger picture. Ergo – human ignorance and stupidity is in the core of all evil on this planet and it affects likewise the masses of the zombies and the few critical thinkers that should be the spearhead of human evolution. The situation on this planet is very dire, make no mistake about this fact, but there is still hope – the breakthrough of the Universal Law will come very soon.
The death of these critical doctors – their killing by the criminal FDA-Pharma-cartel – is just a side note in the ongoing massive genocide which is happening in front of our eyes daily and nobody is morally outraged, even when confronted by this fact. I know what I am talking about. Hopefully, the death of these doctors will finally trigger the proper emotional and ethical response among the masses, who are the victims of the current Orion health care system and they revolt against their masters, prison overseers and regular murderers.
Now let me explain to you a basic fact that even the most critical scientists and critics of the pharma-crimes have failed to comprehend:
All cell-inhibiting drugs are synthetically produced and do not exist as physiological substances in the human body.
This fact alone should be sufficient to convince even the most stupid observer that these drugs are harmful. Nature (our souls) only uses chemical moieties in the organism that are in perfect energetic harmony with all other substances as each chemical moiety used as a drug or administered in the body has an electro-magnetic dipole moment (specific amount of energy) and exerts an energetic effect on all cells and the whole organism that consists of trillions and quadrillions of cells. This has been proven beyond any doubt by myself with the development of the dipole-model, with which I explained the medical effects (in most cases adverse side effects) of all chemical moieties registered as cell-inhibiting drugs until 1999 and many other physiological, cell-stimulating substances in the body that are used as substitution drugs.
In the centre of the recent murders of alternative holistic doctors, as shown below, is the enzyme nagalase which is originally produced by all kinds of viruses, including the HI-virus. It is an extracellular matrix-degrading enzyme that is also secreted by altered cancerous cells in the process of tumor invasion. As nagalase is an intrinsic component of the envelope protein of various virions, such as HIV and the influenza virus it is also secreted from most virus-infected cells. And many virus-infected cells mutate very easily to cancerous cells.
Now nagalase is the enzyme α-N-acetylgalactosaminidase that is secreted in the blood serum. It deglycosylates the vitamin D3-binding protein DBP (also known as Gc-protein). Gc-protein, which contains three sugars and is the precursor for the major macrophage-activating factor (MAF). The complete deglycosylation of Gc-protein by nagalase prevents its conversion to MAF.
Normally, MAF is produced from the Gc-protein (GcMAF) by sequential removal of the galactose and sialic acid without touching the remaining sugar N-acetylgalactosamine. Macrophage activation for phagocytosis and antigen presentation is the first step in the immune development cascade. Lost precursor activity, therefore, leads to immune suppression.
This is the succinct description of the function of nagalase with respect to its suppression of the immune system. This effect was found by these murdered scientists. They also found that nagalase is one of the many toxic components found in many immunizations commonly administered to children, including the Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccine. Some of these independently minded medical practitioners such as the recently killed Dr. Bradstreet began to acknowledge not only the deadly nagalese-vaccination link, but also that GcMAF possesses great potential for the treatment of cancer and a variety of other illnesses, including autism, inflammation, and viral and bacterial disease. This is of course true for all cell- and immunostimulating drugs as nystatin, as I have proved in volume III.
What these researchers and medical doctors actually found in an empirical manner, is that the suppression of human cells and in particular of immunocompetent cells, as with nagalase present in all kinds of vaccines, leads to the occurrence of a variety of severe and chronic diseases, while the use of the cell-stimulating, naturally occurring immuno-stimulating GcMAF is an effective drug in many diseases.
This has been proven by myself for most known immunocompetent physiological agents, such as lymphokines and I have also quoted many clinical trials that confirm this theoretical finding. What is most significant in this case, is that I was the first researcher to explain the role of galactose (and other sugars) and sialic acids in all precursor enzymes based on the Universal Law and how they are dynamically activated and deactivated after well-done stimulation in the body by other physiological enzymes.
You have to bear with me, as this is a very complex topic that necessitates an intimate knowledge of the three-dimensional (quaternary) structure of these proteins with their numerous sugar and sialic acid attachments and how they cooperate in an intricate manner according to the dipole model. But the striking fact, also to me, was, when I read this criminal story below, the involvement of the metabolism of numerous enzymes with respect to their coating with sialic acids and sugars, the mechanism of which I discovered and explained for the first time, guided by my HS, almost 20 years ago and was very proud of this major breakthrough at that time.

This highly convoluted biological aspect is also well documented in the attached video below by a brave journalist who makes heroic efforts to explain to his audience the physiological effects of nagalese and GcMAF and is almost breaking his tongue pronouncing their names, but does a formidable job as a layman at the end. It is this kind of scientific complexity that creates the obscure, demonic background for the use of such toxic substances as nagalese by the criminal Orion pharmaceutical cartel, in the exploitation of human ignorance, in order to kill innocent people and in the first place our children.

Over the past several weeks no less than seven established doctors have either been killed or died under unusual circumstances (e.g. here and here). What do these physicians have in common and what remedies are they researching or advocating? Do any of their proposed treatments pose a threat to the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical cartel? If so, would government agencies and/or private contractors be commissioned to harass and perhaps even assassinate such individuals?
The answer may lie in an understanding of nagalese, a protein made by cancer cells and viruses. Nagalese is a primary cause of immunodeficiency given its ability to block the body’s production of GcMAF, otherwise known as “Vitamin D binding microphage activating factor,” a naturally produced immune regulating compound that aids in fighting what are traditionally considered terminal diseases. Some researchers suggest that nagalese is one of many toxic components found in the immunizations commonly administered to children, including the Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccine.
Some independently minded medical practitioners are beginning to acknowledge not only the nagalese-vaccination link, but also that GcMAF possesses great potential for the treatment of cancer and a variety of other illnesses, including autism, inflammation, and viral and bacterial disease.
The most prominent of the seven doctors who’ve been murdered or died under suspicious circumstances is James Jeffrey Bradstreet. As the contents of his blog drbradstreet.org suggest, Dr. Bradstreet has conducted extensive research into the causes of autism. His body was found on June 19 floating in a North Carolina river with a gunshot wound to his chest. Perhaps uncoincidentally, Bradstreet was a strong advocate of GcMAF and had treated over 2,000 autistic children with the substance; 85% exhibited marked improvement under his care.
Dr. Bradstreet’s private practice in Buford, Georgia centered on “treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, PPD, and related neurological and developmental disorders.” Bradstreet has also provided expert testimony in federal court for families of the vaccine-injured and was founder and president of the International Child Development Resource Center, which once employed autism expert Dr. Andrew Wakefield as its research director.
Of course, GcMAF is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration as a treatment for any disease. Just three days before Bradstreet’s body was recovered, FDA agents had obtained a court order targeting Bradstreet’s Buford Georgia medical clinic. The document granted the government the right to seize:
All Globulin component Macrophage
Activating Factor (GcMAF) GC Globulin, and/or any other products or
component substances thereof that constitute misbranded drugs under the
Federal Food, Drugs and Cosmetic Act.
Even in death Bradsteet and his
GcMAF-related work continue to pose a threat to the
medical-pharmaceutical-regulatory complex, as evidenced in their
flak-generating public relations arms, “Quackwatch” and “Science Based Medicine,” each of which have published vicious broadsides on the deceased physician.
Big pharma, which for decades has exerted vigorous control over the
regulatory process while presiding over literally millions of deaths via
its products, will stop at nothing to hamper medical scientific
progress and protect its bottom line. Perhaps this zealous quest for
profits and control now even includes outright murder of alternative
practitioners.

This could have been my recipe for the Europeans to begin with a civil war against their undemocratic, unelected, illegitimate EU governors in Brussels that decide the destiny of more than 350 million people in a most reckless and irresponsible manner. But it is not – it comes from a mouthpiece of the Orion-British MSM, The Telegraph, and this shows you how much advanced the intellectual revolution already is in the minds of the people. They begin to see that the emperor is naked as Sheryl wrote to me yesterday, representative for all the people in the West:
“Still plugging away in the Midwest and frankly quite amused by the idiots we in the US call our leadership. One minute, I think, wow it can’t get anymore idiotic and then, Obama, Clinton, Kerry or McCain open their mouths. It’s a really bad version of Monty Python. I keep expecting them to establish a ministry of silly walks. Seems appropriate with Kerry fumbling around in crutches after his ‘bicycle fall’ in France. Kerry’s comment today on Iran talks, we can’t reveal ‘secret’ side deals with Iran and he claims, HE doesn’t even know what the deals entail. AND HE IS OUR NEGOTIATOR.
One thing I have noticed, the sheep are waking up. And they are finally getting angry. The main stream news reports nothing (they have started to report, see below, note, George) but just by talking to coworkers. It’s obvious that the tide is turning.”
Instead of being impeached and send to prison the ruling cabal, in their last throes, now resort to stupid, but highly revealing accusations against other honest politicians, such as Varoufakis, of having committed high treason – why not accuse Obama, Kerry, Clinton, Bush, Cameron, Merkel and Orion Co. – only because he had the audacity to expose their crimes and disastrous policies that ruin the lives of millions of people and in particular that of the Greeks. Since when is the reclaiming of national sovereignty that has been usurped by dark criminal institutions as the infamous Troika in breach with all national and international laws a crime?

The ghost of the revolution is wandering throughout Europe (and hopefully also in the USA, although I do not see much upheaval south of the border), just as it began slowly in August 1989 only to end up with the fall of the Iron curtain and the Berlin wall two months later in the autumn of this same, most auspicious year. This summer and fall will be much hotter than 1989, which I always use as a historical etalon of what to expect in the year 2015.
When the idea of world revolution, which I as a “professional” dissident and revolutionary propagate since the early 70s and in particular since I have opened this website in 2011, becomes socially presentable in the MSM, then this is the most sure sign that we have won the war of ideas. European’ alliance of national liberation fronts’ emerges to avenge Greek defeat. For the pony-tailed leader of Spain’s Podemos movement, the Leninist lesson of Greece is that revolutionary forces must show an iron fist.
It has come to this. The first finance minister of a eurozone country to draw up contingency plans for a possible euro exit is under investigation for treason.
Greece’s chief prosecutor is examining criminal charges against a five-man “working group” in the country’s finance ministry for the sin of designing a “Plan B”, a parallel system of euro liquidity and bank payments that could – in extremis – lead to a return of the drachma.

It is hard to see how a monetary union held together by judicial power, coercion and fear in this way can have a future in any of Europe’s ancient nation states.
The criminalisation of any Grexit debate shuts off the option of an orderly return to the drachma, even though there is a high probability – some say a near certainty – that the latest EMU loan package for Greece will prove unworkable and precipitate the country’s exit from the single currency within a year. As a matter of practical statecraft, this is sheer madness.
The Greek newspaper Kathimerini – the voice of the oligarchy – reported that the charges would include “breach of duty, violation of currency laws and belonging to a criminal organisation”, as well as violating data privacy by hacking into the Greek tax base.
The prosecutor appears to have latched onto a legal suit by a private lawyer accusing Yanis Varoufakis of treason. It is nothing less than an attempt to destroy the mercurial former finance minister, lest he return as an avenging political force.
The Greek “Plan B” was approved from the outset by prime minister Alexis Tsipras. It was designed originally to create an alternative source of euro liquidity if the European Central Bank cut off emergency funding for the Greek banking system.
The ECB did in fact do exactly that – arguably violating the ECB’s Treaty to uphold financial stability, and acting ultra vires in a purely political move as the enforcer of the creditors – when the Syriza government threw down the gauntlet with an anti-austerity referendum.
Mr Varoufakis insists that his plan was based on California’s IOU scheme in 2009 to cover tax rebates and to pay contractors when liquidity dried up after the Lehman crisis. His purpose was to reflate the economy within the eurozone, not to leave it. Yet it had a double function, and there lies the alleged treason. “At the drop of a hat it could be converted to a new drachma,” he said.
Pablo Iglesias, the pony-tailed leader of Spain’s Podemos movement, has drawn his own conclusions after watching Europe’s first radical-Left government in modern times brought to its knees by liquidity asphyxiation, and then further crushed by internal forces within Greece.

He accused Germany of imposing a Carthaginian settlement as punishment for daring to call a referendum, and warned that the “limits of democracy in Europe” are now brutally clear.
The lesson to be learned is that if Podemos is elected in Spain it must expect a trial of strength (“medir fuerzas”) and make sure it takes power in the fullest sense. You can interpret this how you will, but there is a hint of Leninist defiance in these words, a warning that Podemos may feel compelled to launch pre-emptive strikes against the entreched positions of the Spanish establisment, in the media, the judiciary, the security forces and the commanding heights of the economy.
The fate of Syriza has clearly tainted the radical-Left brand. The EMU creditor powers have shown all too clearly that if you buck the system, your country will pay a bitter price. It is hard to explain to Spanish voters – or indeed to anybody – how Mr Tsipras could accept a package of draconian demands rejected by the Greek people in a landslide vote just a week earlier.
Podemos has lost its electoral lead and has dropped to 17pc in the polls, trailing the Socialists by a wide margin. But it would be premature to conclude that this is the end of the story. The deeper message – still entering the collective consciousness – is that no Leftist government can pursue sovereign policies within the constraints of EMU.
Professor James Galbraith from Texas University – who played a key role in the Greek plans and is now himself under fire – said Syriza’s experiment over the past five months has demonstrated for all to see that it is impossible for a state on the EMU periphery to change the policy regime by force of argument alone, even if the prescriptions of debt-deflation and fiscal overkill imposed upon them have been self-evidently calamitous.
Speaking to the Left, prof Galbraith said Spanish voters should not delude themselves that they would secure better terms merely because their country is bigger. The creditors have shown themselves to be fanatically rigid, insisting on the exact terms of their Memorandum regardless of economic science and common sense.
For Spain, there would be the same sudden-stop in capital flows from EMU banks, leading to the same liquidity rationing by the ECB, the same internal bank-run, ending in the same “death spiral”.
Personally, I doubt that radicals will sweep Spain (or Portugal) in elections later this year. It is too soon. The country is enjoying a cyclical upswing, creating an illusion of recovery even as the current account deficit creeps up again. The worry is what will happen in the next global downturn when the Spanish people discover that they were never really cured.
Italy is another matter. There is no such mini-boom. Output is still 11pc below its pre-Lehman peak. It has dropped back to the levels of 2000. This is far worse than Japan’s Lost Decade, or Italy’s own experience in the 1930s. It is unprecedented in a large modern economy, and it stems from an irreversible loss of labour competitiveness in the early years of EMU.
Stefano Fassina, the ex-deputy finance minister in the ruling Democratic party of Matteo Renzi, is already proposing a “controlled disintegration of the eurozone“ to break free from what he calls a neo-liberal mercantilism imposed by Germany. “We are at a historical watershed. The choice is dramatic,” he said.
“Syriza and the Greek people have the undeniable historical merit of having ripped away the veil of Europeanist rhetoric,” he said
Evoking the language of guerrilla warfare, Mr Fassina is calling for “an alliance of national liberation fronts“ on the Left, acting in concert with “souverainist” parties on the democratic Right.
“We need to admit that the Left loses its historical function as a force committed to dignity and social citizenship in the neo-liberal cage of the euro. It is dead. The irrelevance and collusion of the European socialist parties are manifest,” he said.
Beppe Grillo, the leader of Five Star Movement and still a major force in Italian politics, has long been equivocal about Italy’s euro membership. Disgusted by events in Greece, he has issued a full-throttle “Plan B” for a return to the lira.
“It is hard to defend the interests of the Greek people more destructively than Tsipras has done. Thinking he could break the link between the euro and austerity, he has ended up consigning his country like a vassal into the hands of Germany,” he said.
The lesson for Italy – he argues – is that it must draw up its own battle lines to prevent neo-colonial occupation and seizure of its national assets. It must take the fight pre-emptively to the creditors and force an exit from the euro on Italian terms.
This ideological rearmament is the unintended result of the eurozone’s refusal to seek any modus vivendi with Syriza even where there was plenty of common ground. They were so determined to chastise Greece for lese majeste that they completely lost sight of the greater European interest.
Donald Tusk, the EU president, concedes that a pre-revolutionary mood is taking hold across much of Europe, comparing it to the Left-Right alliances of the late 1930s. “It was always the same game before the biggest tragedies in our European history,” he told the Financial Times.
Yet he could not bring himself to admit that the root cause of the populist uprising is the deformed structure of monetary union that has led to six years of mass unemployment and incubated this new tragedy. Nor could he admit that the deal he himself brokered after “water-boarding” Mr Tspiras in Brussels for 17 hours perpetuates the same vicious cycle.
So we now have a Europe where the political temperature is rising to boiling point: where the EMU elites are refusing to shift course; and where mischievous lawyers are concocting criminal charges against anybody daring to explore a way out of the trap.
This is a recipe for a European civil war.

Official White House photographs taken on the morning of September 11, 2001, recently released by the National Archives, have raised further questions about Vice President Dick Cheney’s role in the terrorist operation.

Instead of an individual startled by the morning’s events, Cheney is pictured watching the burning World Trade Center on television with his feet propped up on a desk. Above Cheney, on the wall, is a historical map of the Confederacy. One longtime Washington pundit observed that Cheney could have just as well been “watching a football game.”
Other photos picture Cheney in the President’s Emergency Operations Center, located in a bunker under the White House. With him are his wife, Lynne Cheney, National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, and Cheney’s chief of staff Scooter Libby. There appears to have been enough coffee for a large crowd with at least 60 paper coffee cups present on the conference table (below). The White House kitchen and mess had already self-evacuated, according to the late White House executive chef Walter Scheib. So, were the obviously catered coffee, pastries, and supplies pre-ordered for the morning’s big event? Scheib may have known but he died under suspicious circumstances in New Mexico last month.
Coffee and pastries at the PEOC appear to have been pre-ordered in advance. Were they? How did they arrive from a White House kitchen and mess undergoing a frantic evacuation? Cheney was evacuated at 9:03 am to the PEOC. The White House ushers and kitchen staff were already following the events on TV and PDAs. At 9:20, some staff began a self-evacuation of the White House. Six minutes later, Secret Service walkie-talkies crackled with the report that there was a plane incoming toward Washington. At 9:33, Reagan National Airport radar control informs the White House that a plane is heading for the mansion and is five miles to the West. But coffee and pastries were delivered to the PEOC sometime during this melee? Or were they already present in the PEOC in anticipation of a large crowd gathering there that morning?
The PEOC is not used for normal White House meetings. Those entering the reinforced top secret bunker 140 feet below the East Wing are required to have special access, something that is not granted to just any White House staffer. So who anticipated a large meeting at the PEOC that morning and why?
Cheney requested George W. Bush not to immediately return to the White House from Florida. Bush flew to Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana and Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska before returning to DC later that evening. Bush appears more dumbfounded than he did in the elementary school in Sarasota.

This could have been my recipe for the Europeans to begin with a civil war against their undemocratic, unelected, illegitimate EU governors in Brussels that decide the destiny of more than 350 million people in a most reckless and irresponsible manner. But it is not – it comes from a mouthpiece of the Orion-British MSM, The Telegraph, and this shows you how much advanced the intellectual revolution already is in the minds of the people. They begin to see that the emperor is naked as Sheryl wrote to me yesterday, representative for all the people in the West:

One minute, I think, wow it can’t get anymore idiotic and then, Obama, Clinton, Kerry or McCain open their mouths. It’s a really bad version of Monty Python. I keep expecting them to establish a ministry of silly walks. Seems appropriate with Kerry fumbling around in crutches after his ‘bicycle fall’ in France. Kerry’s comment today on Iran talks, we can’t reveal ‘secret’ side deals with Iran and he claims, HE doesn’t even know what the deals entail. AND HE IS OUR NEGOTIATOR.
One thing I have noticed, the sheep are waking up. And they are finally getting angry. The main stream news reports nothing (they have started to report, see below, note, George) but just by talking to coworkers. It’s obvious that the tide is turning.”
Instead of being impeached and send to prison the ruling cabal, in their last throes, now resort to stupid, but highly revealing accusations against other honest politicians, such as Varoufakis, of having committed high treason – why not accuse Obama, Kerry, Clinton, Bush, Cameron, Merkel and Orion Co. – only because he had the audacity to expose their crimes and disastrous policies that ruin the lives of millions of people and in particular that of the Greeks. Since when is the reclaiming of national sovereignty that has been usurped by dark criminal institutions as the infamous Troika in breach with all national and international laws a crime?

The ghost of the revolution is wandering throughout Europe (and hopefully also in the USA, although I do not see much upheaval south of the border), just as it began slowly in August 1989 only to end up with the fall of the Iron curtain and the Berlin wall two months later in the autumn of this same, most auspicious year. This summer and fall will be much hotter than 1989, which I always use as a historical etalon of what to expect in the year 2015.
When the idea of world revolution, which I as a “professional” dissident and revolutionary propagate since the early 70s and in particular since I have opened this website in 2011, becomes socially presentable in the MSM, then this is the most sure sign that we have won the war of ideas. And there is nothing more powerful than an idea the time of which has arrived. After that only ascension can follow.

This Is a Recipe For a European Civil War

European’ alliance of national liberation fronts’ emerges to avenge Greek defeat. For the pony-tailed leader of Spain’s Podemos movement, the Leninist lesson of Greece is that revolutionary forces must show an iron fist.
It has come to this. The first finance minister of a eurozone country to draw up contingency plans for a possible euro exit is under investigation for treason.
Greece’s chief prosecutor is examining criminal charges against a five-man “working group” in the country’s finance ministry for the sin of designing a “Plan B”, a parallel system of euro liquidity and bank payments that could – in extremis – lead to a return of the drachma.

It is hard to see how a monetary union held together by judicial power, coercion and fear in this way can have a future in any of Europe’s ancient nation states.
The criminalisation of any Grexit debate shuts off the option of an orderly return to the drachma, even though there is a high probability – some say a near certainty – that the latest EMU loan package for Greece will prove unworkable and precipitate the country’s exit from the single currency within a year. As a matter of practical statecraft, this is sheer madness.
The Greek newspaper Kathimerini – the voice of the oligarchy – reported that the charges would include “breach of duty, violation of currency laws and belonging to a criminal organisation”, as well as violating data privacy by hacking into the Greek tax base.
The prosecutor appears to have latched onto a legal suit by a private lawyer accusing Yanis Varoufakis of treason. It is nothing less than an attempt to destroy the mercurial former finance minister, lest he return as an avenging political force.
The Greek “Plan B” was approved from the outset by prime minister Alexis Tsipras. It was designed originally to create an alternative source of euro liquidity if the European Central Bank cut off emergency funding for the Greek banking system.
The ECB did in fact do exactly that – arguably violating the ECB’s Treaty to uphold financial stability, and acting ultra vires in a purely political move as the enforcer of the creditors – when the Syriza government threw down the gauntlet with an anti-austerity referendum.
Mr Varoufakis insists that his plan was based on California’s IOU scheme in 2009 to cover tax rebates and to pay contractors when liquidity dried up after the Lehman crisis. His purpose was to reflate the economy within the eurozone, not to leave it. Yet it had a double function, and there lies the alleged treason. “At the drop of a hat it could be converted to a new drachma,” he said.
Pablo Iglesias, the pony-tailed leader of Spain’s Podemos movement, has drawn his own conclusions after watching Europe’s first radical-Left government in modern times brought to its knees by liquidity asphyxiation, and then further crushed by internal forces within Greece.
Brothers in arms: Alexis Tsipras and Podemos’s Pablo IglesiasHe accused Germany of imposing a Carthaginian settlement as punishment for daring to call a referendum, and warned that the “limits of democracy in Europe” are now brutally clear.
The lesson to be learned is that if Podemos is elected in Spain it must expect a trial of strength (“medir fuerzas”) and make sure it takes power in the fullest sense. You can interpret this how you will, but there is a hint of Leninist defiance in these words, a warning that Podemos may feel compelled to launch pre-emptive strikes against the entreched positions of the Spanish establisment, in the media, the judiciary, the security forces and the commanding heights of the economy.
The fate of Syriza has clearly tainted the radical-Left brand. The EMU creditor powers have shown all too clearly that if you buck the system, your country will pay a bitter price. It is hard to explain to Spanish voters – or indeed to anybody – how Mr Tsipras could accept a package of draconian demands rejected by the Greek people in a landslide vote just a week earlier.
Podemos has lost its electoral lead and has dropped to 17pc in the polls, trailing the Socialists by a wide margin. But it would be premature to conclude that this is the end of the story. The deeper message – still entering the collective consciousness – is that no Leftist government can pursue sovereign policies within the constraints of EMU.
Professor James Galbraith from Texas University – who played a key role in the Greek plans and is now himself under fire – said Syriza’s experiment over the past five months has demonstrated for all to see that it is impossible for a state on the EMU periphery to change the policy regime by force of argument alone, even if the prescriptions of debt-deflation and fiscal overkill imposed upon them have been self-evidently calamitous.
Speaking to the Left, prof Galbraith said Spanish voters should not delude themselves that they would secure better terms merely because their country is bigger. The creditors have shown themselves to be fanatically rigid, insisting on the exact terms of their Memorandum regardless of economic science and common sense.
For Spain, there would be the same sudden-stop in capital flows from EMU banks, leading to the same liquidity rationing by the ECB, the same internal bank-run, ending in the same “death spiral”.
Personally, I doubt that radicals will sweep Spain (or Portugal) in elections later this year. It is too soon. The country is enjoying a cyclical upswing, creating an illusion of recovery even as the current account deficit creeps up again. The worry is what will happen in the next global downturn when the Spanish people discover that they were never really cured.
Italy is another matter. There is no such mini-boom. Output is still 11pc below its pre-Lehman peak. It has dropped back to the levels of 2000. This is far worse than Japan’s Lost Decade, or Italy’s own experience in the 1930s. It is unprecedented in a large modern economy, and it stems from an irreversible loss of labour competitiveness in the early years of EMU.
Stefano Fassina, the ex-deputy finance minister in the ruling Democratic party of Matteo Renzi, is already proposing a “controlled disintegration of the eurozone“ to break free from what he calls a neo-liberal mercantilism imposed by Germany. “We are at a historical watershed. The choice is dramatic,” he said.
“Syriza and the Greek people have the undeniable historical merit of having ripped away the veil of Europeanist rhetoric,” he said
Evoking the language of guerrilla warfare, Mr Fassina is calling for “an alliance of national liberation fronts“ on the Left, acting in concert with “souverainist” parties on the democratic Right.
“We need to admit that the Left loses its historical function as a force committed to dignity and social citizenship in the neo-liberal cage of the euro. It is dead. The irrelevance and collusion of the European socialist parties are manifest,” he said.
Beppe Grillo, the leader of Five Star Movement and still a major force in Italian politics, has long been equivocal about Italy’s euro membership. Disgusted by events in Greece, he has issued a full-throttle “Plan B” for a return to the lira.
“It is hard to defend the interests of the Greek people more destructively than Tsipras has done. Thinking he could break the link between the euro and austerity, he has ended up consigning his country like a vassal into the hands of Germany,” he said.
The lesson for Italy – he argues – is that it must draw up its own battle lines to prevent neo-colonial occupation and seizure of its national assets. It must take the fight pre-emptively to the creditors and force an exit from the euro on Italian terms.
This ideological rearmament is the unintended result of the eurozone’s refusal to seek any modus vivendi with Syriza even where there was plenty of common ground. They were so determined to chastise Greece for lese majeste that they completely lost sight of the greater European interest.
Donald Tusk, the EU president, concedes that a pre-revolutionary mood is taking hold across much of Europe, comparing it to the Left-Right alliances of the late 1930s. “It was always the same game before the biggest tragedies in our European history,” he told the Financial Times.
Yet he could not bring himself to admit that the root cause of the populist uprising is the deformed structure of monetary union that has led to six years of mass unemployment and incubated this new tragedy. Nor could he admit that the deal he himself brokered after “water-boarding” Mr Tspiras in Brussels for 17 hours perpetuates the same vicious cycle.
So we now have a Europe where the political temperature is rising to boiling point: where the EMU elites are refusing to shift course; and where mischievous lawyers are concocting criminal charges against anybody daring to explore a way out of the trap.
This is a recipe for a European civil war.

Official White House photographs taken on the morning of September 11, 2001, recently released by the National Archives, have raised further questions about Vice President Dick Cheney’s role in the terrorist operation.

Instead of an individual startled by the morning’s events, Cheney is pictured watching the burning World Trade Center on television with his feet propped up on a desk. Above Cheney, on the wall, is a historical map of the Confederacy. One longtime Washington pundit observed that Cheney could have just as well been “watching a football game.”
Other photos picture Cheney in the President’s Emergency Operations Center, located in a bunker under the White House. With him are his wife, Lynne Cheney, National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, and Cheney’s chief of staff Scooter Libby. There appears to have been enough coffee for a large crowd with at least 60 paper coffee cups present on the conference table (below). The White House kitchen and mess had already self-evacuated, according to the late White House executive chef Walter Scheib. So, were the obviously catered coffee, pastries, and supplies pre-ordered for the morning’s big event? Scheib may have known but he died under suspicious circumstances in New Mexico last month.
Coffee and pastries at the PEOC appear to have been pre-ordered in advance. Were they? How did they arrive from a White House kitchen and mess undergoing a frantic evacuation? Cheney was evacuated at 9:03 am to the PEOC. The White House ushers and kitchen staff were already following the events on TV and PDAs. At 9:20, some staff began a self-evacuation of the White House. Six minutes later, Secret Service walkie-talkies crackled with the report that there was a plane incoming toward Washington. At 9:33, Reagan National Airport radar control informs the White House that a plane is heading for the mansion and is five miles to the West. But coffee and pastries were delivered to the PEOC sometime during this melee? Or were they already present in the PEOC in anticipation of a large crowd gathering there that morning?
The PEOC is not used for normal White House meetings. Those entering the reinforced top secret bunker 140 feet below the East Wing are required to have special access, something that is not granted to just any White House staffer. So who anticipated a large meeting at the PEOC that morning and why?
Cheney requested George W. Bush not to immediately return to the White House from Florida. Bush flew to Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana and Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska before returning to DC later that evening. Bush appears more dumbfounded than he did in the elementary school in Sarasota.
