Melchizedek Clearing out of Past Emotions Quick and Simple Reconnection Technique

Greetings my beloved masters of the universe!
In one of my previous transmitions to you, a few weeks ago I mentioned that soon I will share a very interesting technique with you on how to release emotions and help to reconnect your three subtle bodies “etheric, emotional and mental” so that you can easier process these emotions.
Today, I would like to do what I have promised. Share this very simple, straight forward and absolutely fascinating technique with all of you.

“There are seven subtle bodies, or layers, around the physical body, which create the auric body system (aura).
It is commonly said that these layers are like an onion, and that when you peel one away, you’ll reach the next, but this is not true.
As you extend inward, the one before is also present within the next aura layer. For example, the outer most body is the causal, or Ketheric body. The next is layer is the celestial body, which contains itself and the causal body. As you go inward, towards the first layer (the etheric) it will be the densest because it holds all seven subtle bodies. And of course, there is the physical body, which is the densest of them all.
The seven subtle bodies can be broken down as follows: There are three physical plane bodies, three spiritual plane bodies and the astral body, which is the bridge between the lower and higher bodies (some teachings claim that the astral is the fourth in the spiritual bodies). The lower three bodies process energies dealing with the physical plane, whereas the upper three process energies from the spiritual planes. Ịt is said that the energies from the higher planes must pass through the “fire of the heart” – the heart chakra– to reach and be of full use by the lower bodies.
Each level of the aura has its own seven chakras, which are nested within the other auric chakras. As each layer extends outwards, the chakras vibrate at higher rates. So the seven chakras within the etheric body will be vibrating at a much lower frequency then the seven chakras within the causal body. So in actuality, the base chakra, for example, will have 7 major chakras, all vibrating at different frequencies. This way, energy can be transmuted between all bodies to all chakras.
First Layer (The Etheric Body)
This is the closest energy body to the physical. It is what is made evident through Kirlian photography. The etheric body extends one quarter to two inches beyond the physical body and pulsates at about 15-20 cycles per minute. The entire body, including organs, can be perceived but it is made of a bluish (emotional) or gray light (highly active).
Second Layer (The Emotional or Astral Body)
Since this is the emotional body, it is associated with feelings. It is more fluid in nature, and does not duplicate the body, as does the etheric body. This body is about one to three inches from the physical body. Unlike the etheric body, which is blue or grayish in nature, this is more like colored clouds that change color depending on what kind of emotions the person is going through. Love, joy, excitement, and even anger will result in very brilliant hues, whereas confused emotions will result in muddy tones. This body contains all the colors in the rainbow.
Third Layer (The Mental Body)
With an even more subtle composition, the mental body holds our thoughts and mental processes. It extends three to eight inches from the body, and generally has a yellow light, which radiates around the head and shoulders, and extends to the body below. This yellow will brighten if a person is deep in thought, or concentrating on mental activities. Although the color associated with this body is yellow, other colors are evident if there is an emotion associated with the thought (stemming from the emotional body).
But going back to the technique that I have received from Melchizedek and the Company of Heaven. The “Clearing out of Past Emotions Reconnection” technique is very simple and incredibly effective, as I’ve been testing this technique out on myself in the last few weeks and it works!
However, to help you visualize everything better and to put everything into the “physical” perspective I did receive a download of a grid for you to use. What’s interesting to me is that Natalya Ankh has received a template from Melchizedek at the same time for a tool which she has brought into our physical reality to help us reconnect better with ourselves, or rather to help reconnect all three of our subtle bodies “etheric, emotional and mental”.
Once again it is up to you to decide if you will need the assistance from various tools or not, but just like I always say, we can do everything on our own, such as walk, but we more often than not choose to drive a car to get places. The same thing here, all the tools that we are given by our benevolent counterparts are here to assist us in making these shifts as productive as possible, allowing us to move swifter through various dense energies, achieving self mastery and fully opening up to our true potential.
So without further ado, here are the tools:
Tool 1 – Melchizedek’s technique: At the moment of experiencing whatever emotion that comes over you, here’s what you would do:
Step 1: The technique involves holding two fingers (index & middle) on your forehead where the third eye is. Thinking of the emotion that you are experiencing and stating “I understand that I am experiencing _____ (put whatever emotion you are experiencing here), for example “ I understand that I am experiencing anger. I fully understand that this is the emotion that I am experiencing. I understand and I acknowledge and accept that I am experiencing Anger. But… “
Step 2. As you acknowledge this emotion, you tap 3 times on your third eye with your fingers and then you move your hand slowly down to your heart chakra middle of the chest and as you hold your fingers on your heart chakra you say “But, although I appreciate having experienced the emotion of ___ (anger), and I do understand that I am experiencing this emotion due to whatever circumstances, I wish to replace this emotion with ___ (here you state whatever you want to replace this emotion with, for example “with peace” so that I can evaluate given circumstances from the place of Love” and then you tap 3 times on your heart chakra.
You should feel better immediately. Which would allow you to take a look at the situation that is causing you to feel this emotion from an impartial perspective where you would be able to evaluate what has happened and what has triggered you to feel this emotion, get to the root of the cause, understand the lesson, learn from it and finally let it go.
This technique is to help you to quickly get back to balance and keep a balanced outlook, to help your emotional body adjust to your heart’s signals and find balance in the most conflicting situations. However, you still need to really look at any situation in-depths in order to really learn from it and truly to let go of whatever the trigger is, that keeps you in an unbalanced state.
Here is where the Second Part of this equation comes in. What you see here is a grid that should help you by focusing your mind, and helping you to continue the releasing and letting go process. This is a way for you to consciously understand what is happening and release all of this through conscious evaluation and meditation.
What you would do is write down “what was” in the space where you see “what was” on this grid, think about everything that is causing you to continue experiencing this or that emotion and replace it consciously with whatever you wish there to be in its place by writing down whatever you wish to replace “what was” with “what is” into the space provided titled “what is”. After doing so, you would then meditate on this grid, on this picture you see below. This would help to further solidify a new understanding and cognition of issues that you have experienced which have brought you to this moment and help you move forward.

And finally, the tool that Melchizedek and the Company of Heaven have asked Natalya Ankh to bring forth into our physical reality called “Melchizedek’s Reconnection Tool”.

Lightbody is the YOU that resides within the light of every synaptic junction of your neurological system, and within the core of the 97% “junk DNA.” Your Lightbody has a neurological system much like your physical body, but instead of resonating to the third and fourth dimension, your Lightbody resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond.
Your Lightbody is what keeps you “alive,” and your High Heart and Third Eye rule it. Your physical heart and your physical brain rule your physical body. Your etheric body of your fourth dimensional self serves as the frequency interface between physical body and your Lightbody.
As your “junk DNA” comes online, which it is doing day-by-day, more and more of your Lightbody will be revealed to your third-dimensional consciousness. Those of you who have meditated to the extent that you can consciously connect with your higher consciousness have had fleeting experiences of “being Lightbody.”
These experiences are fleeting because you have made a pre-birth contract that you would not flash into your Personal Lightbody until there was enough Unity Consciousness of humanity to “time” that flash into your personal Lightbody with Gaia’s flash into Planetary Lightbody.
It is important that you all unite your transmutation into Lightbody with Gaia’s transmutation into Light planet. The reason for this is that most of you who are receiving this transmission are aware you are already fifth dimensional Lightbody in your fifth dimensional self.
Therefore, you do not “create” your Lightbody, but you “return” to your Lightbody. You, the ones who took an earth vessel to assist with Planetary Ascension, are remembering that this “return to your innate Lightbody self” was planned before you took this incarnation.
In fact, you volunteered to take this particular and very important, incarnation because you knew that Gaia had the possible reality of flashing into a fifth-dimensional “Light Planet.” All of Gaia’s kingdoms are ready for frequency shift, except for humanity.
The very evolutionary cycle that made humans the “dominant species” of planet Earth, also attracted many beings who wanted to “hitch a ride” on the ascending planet. However, because some of these “others” have selfish, and too often “power over others” states of consciousness, they have actually served as a breaking mechanism.
This “breaking mechanism” has greatly delayed Gaia ascension, which was the intention of the Power Over Others members of humanity. This “one bad apple” does NOT spoil the bunch, but they have greatly delayed the process of Planetary Ascension. Their energy field of “power over” has dominated Earth for far too long.
However, “power-over-others” can only rule by fear. Hence, once the ascending ones can send these lost ones the antidote of Unconditional Love and the Violet Fire, not only will the lost ones lose their power-over, but some of them will, and have, returned back into their own “Core of Light.”
The Core of Light resonates to the core of your Three Fold Flame. Your Three Fold Flame is within your High Heart and the Atma is within that Three Fold Flame.
This Three Fold Flame provides every one who is wearing an earth vessel the ability to remember and activate their innate flames of Unconditional Love, Infinite Wisdom, and Multidimensional Power.
It is the activation of the inner Three Fold Flame that directly activates the “Flash into Lightbody.” We say “flash,” as you will likely perceive your transmutation into Lightbody as a flash.
You will feel like you have experienced a flash. The flash is actually that you have lost “space-time” and go into the “no time” of the fifth dimensional Now.
Much as you may see a “flash” in the sky, which is often accompanied by a loud sound, when a flying object “leaves the time barrier,” your transition from your time-bound earth vessel will “flash” as it leaves the third dimensional time barrier to return to the NOW of the ONE.
Once your consciousness and form resonates to the timeless NOW of fifth-dimension and beyond, your clay vessel instantly transmutes into a vessel of light. Remember, dear emissaries to Earth, you will not “become Lightbody.” You will “return to Lightbody.”
Many of you, our emissaries to third/fourth dimensional Earth, are beginning to consciously perceive sensations within your physical form and higher dimensional perceptions of the ever-changing reality in which you live.
These experiences tell you that your mission progresses, but they often make you “home sick” for your fifth dimensional home. Some of you joined Earth from your higher dimensional planet and others joined Gaia from your higher dimensional Starship.
ALL of you volunteered for this mission. However, when we say “all of you” we mean those who arrived on Earth from a “power within” society. There are also many beings wearing human vessels who arrived on Earth from a “power over” society.
These people were largely “refugees” from the Great Galactic War, which raged long before your could measure via your earth time. Earth was much younger than and Gaia had not yet experienced the dark intentions of “power over others.”
She had completed the wonderful cycle of Pan, to be followed by Lemuria and Atlantis. However, as all those primarily fourth dimensional and beyond worlds collapsed, Gaia spun downwards into the lowest sub-plane of the resonance of the third dimension. She has been “stuck” in that frequency for a very long “time.”
Fortunately, Gaia has completed Her darkest hours and is preparing to return to the higher frequencies of reality. However, those who cannot transmute their third dimensional clay vessels will not be able to join Gaia in her expression of Fifth dimensional Earth.
Gaia, with her great dedication to her human inhabitants, has waited as long as She can. Her physical form has been too wounded, mostly by humanity, and she must return to Her fifth dimensional expression to heal.
However, since the fifth dimension has “no time,” those who are only attached to the third dimensional frequency of Earth may not be aware of the great shift. Because their consciousness resonates to the third and lower fourth dimensional resonance, they are only able to focus on the third dimensional matrix in which they reside.
This matrix is that which creates the holographic projection of life on third dimensional Earth. Therefore, since they are not incarnated on the actual body of the planet, their holographic projection of reality will be continued on another planet or realm.
(This gnostic aspect is central to all our discussions. It is based on the multidimensional approach to Gaia as a conglomerate of infinite timelines that are separated through ID shifts from this uppermost mother planet in the process of its ascension and the descending souls go to a lower timeline without realizing this as the linear time of this holographic matrix is preserved as an illusion. Since time is an illusion of the third and fourth dimension, we have chosen to release all plans of where this projection will be until the NOW of our ONE. Please remember that our NOW has no “time.” as you know it on your third dimensional planet.
However, our volunteers lowered their frequency into the third dimensional frequency of Earth to take an earth vessel. They chose this sacrifice to assist Gaia to remember and return to their true multidimensional nature. These volunteers are NOW allowing themselves to awaken to the inter-dimensional memories that have been stored in their High Heart and Third Eye.
These two multidimensional aspects of EVERY human are only accessible to those who have expanded and/or returned their consciousness into their innate Multidimensional SELF. It is this expanded consciousness that directly precedes your flash into Lightbody. (The expansion of our inner consciousness prior to our imminent transmutation into lightbody has been the leitmotif of our recent discussions. Note, George)
When we say, “flash,” we do not mean that you will be surprised or unprepared. When we say “flash,” please think of our preceding analogy of a plane leaving the time barrier. As we have said, it is the leaving of third/fourth dimensional time that allows you to enter into the NOW of the ONE.
We will expand on this information later in your “time,” as we wish to complete this transmission with some symptoms of transition that we perceive many of our earthbound ones experiencing:
As we have stated, the increasing confusion around time is greatly accelerating.
Distaste for that which is bound by sequential time is becoming increasingly arduous and even boring.
Duties that require the logical, sequential, and regimented responsibilities and duties are becoming increasingly tedious.
Frequent “day dreaming” of another place and/or reality that is just beyond your full, conscious memory.
The increasing movement towards perceiving all reality as “alive.” Hence, there is an increasing focus on animal rights, ecology, and return to nature.
Multidimensional perceptions are coming online, not just in meditation but also in daily life.
A need for and dedication to meditation. The inner focus on mediation makes their body “feel” different.
Your perceptions expand beyond that which is “just physical.”
Your Clairaudience, hearing inter-dimensional communications, Clairvoyance, seeing higher dimensional beings, situations and realities, Clairsentience, physically feeling higher frequencies of reality, are increasingly coming “on-line” during your daily life.
All of the above inter-dimensional abilities, and more, are becoming increasingly common. Best of all, more and more people are beginning to follow their inner urges and document that which they are experiencing (As this is done on the PAT website. Note, George).
Best of all, like you, they are sharing these experiences with others.
Beings who have ascended beyond the third dimension often briefly return to the physical world to show others that a transition into Lightbody is possible. Perhaps YOU will be one of those beings.

We were the first to introduce the concept of the “cities of light” that are our 5D creations as ascended masters and Logos Gods. This is one of the many creations in which we are now involved as the Elohim confirmed one more time in their latest message. Actually the current ascending reality which is an interception of 3D, 4D and 5D timelines within one and the same holographic model is the most complex creation this multiverse has ever seen. It is a challenge and a joyful adventure for all of us to explore the utmost limits of God’s creation. And we, the PAT, are very good at that – we are actually the best!
Below, there are two videos that document the appearance of cities of light in California and China. Forget the suggestions of the editor in these videos as he has no clue what is happening in the End Time, but enjoy this unique manifestation as visual images of the new worlds in the Golden galaxy, the Guardians of which we are. We have seen with our third eye similar cities of light in the sky over Vancouver in the last six months but we do not have any visual documentation.

Thinking of the emotion that you are experiencing and stating “I understand that I am experiencing _____ (put whatever emotion you are experiencing here), for example “ I understand that I am experiencing anger. I fully understand that this is the emotion that I am experiencing. I understand and I acknowledge and accept that I am experiencing Anger. But… “ You should feel better immediately. Which would allow you to take a look at the situation that is causing you to feel this emotion from an impartial perspective where you would be able to evaluate what has happened and what has triggered you to feel this emotion, get to the root of the cause, understand the lesson, learn from it and finally let it go.
This technique is to help you to quickly get back to balance and keep a balanced outlook, to help your emotional body adjust to your heart’s signals and find balance in the most conflicting situations. However, you still need to really look at any situation in-depths in order to really learn from it and truly to let go of whatever the trigger is, that keeps you in an unbalanced state. Here is where the Second Part of this equation comes in. What you see here is a grid that should help you by focusing your mind, and helping you to continue the releasing and letting go process. This is a way for you to consciously understand what is happening and release all of this through conscious evaluation and meditation.
What you would do is write down “what was” in the space where you see “what was” on this grid, think about everything that is causing you to continue experiencing this or that emotion and replace it consciously with whatever you wish there to be in its place by writing down whatever you wish to replace “what was” with “what is” into the space provided titled “what is”. After doing so, you would then meditate on this grid, on this picture you see below. This would help to further solidify a new understanding and cognition of issues that you have experienced which have brought you to this moment and help you move forward.

Lightbody is the YOU that resides within the light of every synaptic junction of your neurological system, and within the core of the 97% “junk DNA.” Your Lightbody has a neurological system much like your physical body, but instead of resonating to the third and fourth dimension, your Lightbody resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond.
Your Lightbody is what keeps you “alive,” and your High Heart and Third Eye rule it. Your physical heart and your physical brain rule your physical body. Your etheric body of your fourth dimensional self serves as the frequency interface between physical body and your Lightbody.
As your “junk DNA” comes online, which it is doing day-by-day, more and more of your Lightbody will be revealed to your third-dimensional consciousness. Those of you who have meditated to the extent that you can consciously connect with your higher consciousness have had fleeting experiences of “being Lightbody.”
These experiences are fleeting because you have made a pre-birth contract that you would not flash into your Personal Lightbody until there was enough Unity Consciousness of humanity to “time” that flash into your personal Lightbody with Gaia’s flash into Planetary Lightbody.
It is important that you all unite your transmutation into Lightbody with Gaia’s transmutation into Light planet. The reason for this is that most of you who are receiving this transmission are aware you are already fifth dimensional Lightbody in your fifth dimensional self.
Therefore, you do not “create” your Lightbody, but you “return” to your Lightbody. You, the ones who took an earth vessel to assist with Planetary Ascension, are remembering that this “return to your innate Lightbody self” was planned before you took this incarnation.
In fact, you volunteered to take this particular and very important, incarnation because you knew that Gaia had the possible reality of flashing into a fifth-dimensional “Light Planet.” All of Gaia’s kingdoms are ready for frequency shift, except for humanity.
The very evolutionary cycle that made humans the “dominant species” of planet Earth, also attracted many beings who wanted to “hitch a ride” on the ascending planet. However, because some of these “others” have selfish, and too often “power over others” states of consciousness, they have actually served as a breaking mechanism.
This “breaking mechanism” has greatly delayed Gaia ascension, which was the intention of the Power Over Others members of humanity. This “one bad apple” does NOT spoil the bunch, but they have greatly delayed the process of Planetary Ascension. Their energy field of “power over” has dominated Earth for far too long.
However, “power-over-others” can only rule by fear. Hence, once the ascending ones can send these lost ones the antidote of Unconditional Love and the Violet Fire, not only will the lost ones lose their power-over, but some of them will, and have, returned back into their own “Core of Light.”
The Core of Light resonates to the core of your Three Fold Flame. Your Three Fold Flame is within your High Heart and the Atma is within that Three Fold Flame.
This Three Fold Flame provides every one who is wearing an earth vessel the ability to remember and activate their innate flames of Unconditional Love, Infinite Wisdom, and Multidimensional Power.
It is the activation of the inner Three Fold Flame that directly activates the “Flash into Lightbody.” We say “flash,” as you will likely perceive your transmutation into Lightbody as a flash.
You will feel like you have experienced a flash. The flash is actually that you have lost “space-time” and go into the “no time” of the fifth dimensional Now.
Much as you may see a “flash” in the sky, which is often accompanied by a loud sound, when a flying object “leaves the time barrier,” your transition from your time-bound earth vessel will “flash” as it leaves the third dimensional time barrier to return to the NOW of the ONE.
Once your consciousness and form resonates to the timeless NOW of fifth-dimension and beyond, your clay vessel instantly transmutes into a vessel of light. Remember, dear emissaries to Earth, you will not “become Lightbody.” You will “return to Lightbody.”
Many of you, our emissaries to third/fourth dimensional Earth, are beginning to consciously perceive sensations within your physical form and higher dimensional perceptions of the ever-changing reality in which you live.
These experiences tell you that your mission progresses, but they often make you “home sick” for your fifth dimensional home. Some of you joined Earth from your higher dimensional planet and others joined Gaia from your higher dimensional Starship.
ALL of you volunteered for this mission. However, when we say “all of you” we mean those who arrived on Earth from a “power within” society. There are also many beings wearing human vessels who arrived on Earth from a “power over” society.
These people were largely “refugees” from the Great Galactic War, which raged long before your could measure via your earth time. Earth was much younger than and Gaia had not yet experienced the dark intentions of “power over others.”
She had completed the wonderful cycle of Pan, to be followed by Lemuria and Atlantis. However, as all those primarily fourth dimensional and beyond worlds collapsed, Gaia spun downwards into the lowest sub-plane of the resonance of the third dimension. She has been “stuck” in that frequency for a very long “time.”
Fortunately, Gaia has completed Her darkest hours and is preparing to return to the higher frequencies of reality. However, those who cannot transmute their third dimensional clay vessels will not be able to join Gaia in her expression of Fifth dimensional Earth.
Gaia, with her great dedication to her human inhabitants, has waited as long as She can. Her physical form has been too wounded, mostly by humanity, and she must return to Her fifth dimensional expression to heal.
However, since the fifth dimension has “no time,” those who are only attached to the third dimensional frequency of Earth may not be aware of the great shift. Because their consciousness resonates to the third and lower fourth dimensional resonance, they are only able to focus on the third dimensional matrix in which they reside.
This matrix is that which creates the holographic projection of life on third dimensional Earth. Therefore, since they are not incarnated on the actual body of the planet, their holographic projection of reality will be continued on another planet or realm.
(This gnostic aspect is central to all our discussions. It is based on the multidimensional approach to Gaia as a conglomerate of infinite timelines that are separated through ID shifts from this uppermost mother planet in the process of its ascension and the descending souls go to a lower timeline without realizing this as the linear time of this holographic matrix is preserved as an illusion. Since time is an illusion of the third and fourth dimension, we have chosen to release all plans of where this projection will be until the NOW of our ONE. Please remember that our NOW has no “time.” as you know it on your third dimensional planet.
However, our volunteers lowered their frequency into the third dimensional frequency of Earth to take an earth vessel. They chose this sacrifice to assist Gaia to remember and return to their true multidimensional nature. These volunteers are NOW allowing themselves to awaken to the inter-dimensional memories that have been stored in their High Heart and Third Eye.
These two multidimensional aspects of EVERY human are only accessible to those who have expanded and/or returned their consciousness into their innate Multidimensional SELF. It is this expanded consciousness that directly precedes your flash into Lightbody. (The expansion of our inner consciousness prior to our imminent transmutation into lightbody has been the leitmotif of our recent discussions. Note, George)
When we say, “flash,” we do not mean that you will be surprised or unprepared. When we say “flash,” please think of our preceding analogy of a plane leaving the time barrier. As we have said, it is the leaving of third/fourth dimensional time that allows you to enter into the NOW of the ONE.
We will expand on this information later in your “time,” as we wish to complete this transmission with some symptoms of transition that we perceive many of our earthbound ones experiencing:
As we have stated, the increasing confusion around time is greatly accelerating.
Distaste for that which is bound by sequential time is becoming increasingly arduous and even boring.
Duties that require the logical, sequential, and regimented responsibilities and duties are becoming increasingly tedious.
Frequent “day dreaming” of another place and/or reality that is just beyond your full, conscious memory.
The increasing movement towards perceiving all reality as “alive.” Hence, there is an increasing focus on animal rights, ecology, and return to nature.
Multidimensional perceptions are coming online, not just in meditation but also in daily life.
A need for and dedication to meditation. The inner focus on mediation makes their body “feel” different.
Your perceptions expand beyond that which is “just physical.”
Your Clairaudience, hearing inter-dimensional communications, Clairvoyance, seeing higher dimensional beings, situations and realities, Clairsentience, physically feeling higher frequencies of reality, are increasingly coming “on-line” during your daily life.
All of the above inter-dimensional abilities, and more, are becoming increasingly common. Best of all, more and more people are beginning to follow their inner urges and document that which they are experiencing (As this is done on the PAT website. Note, George).
Best of all, like you, they are sharing these experiences with others.
Beings who have ascended beyond the third dimension often briefly return to the physical world to show others that a transition into Lightbody is possible. Perhaps YOU will be one of those beings.

We were the first to introduce the concept of the “cities of light” that are our 5D creations as ascended masters and Logos Gods. This is one of the many creations in which we are now involved as the Elohim confirmed one more time in their latest message. Actually the current ascending reality which is an interception of 3D, 4D and 5D timelines within one and the same holographic model is the most complex creation this multiverse has ever seen. It is a challenge and a joyful adventure for all of us to explore the utmost limits of God’s creation. And we, the PAT, are very good at that – we are actually the best!
Below, there are two videos that document the appearance of cities of light in California and China. Forget the suggestions of the editor in these videos as he has no clue what is happening in the End Time, but enjoy this unique manifestation as visual images of the new worlds in the Golden galaxy, the Guardians of which we are. We have seen with our third eye similar cities of light in the sky over Vancouver in the last six months but we do not have any visual documentation.
